A fost o experință plăcută, recomand locația

Locație, curățenie, personal extrem de amabil

Ar merita puțină îmbunătățire la capitolul prosoape(erau impecabile ca și standard de curățenie, dar extrem de aspre) și semnalizarea pe aparatele de cafea că îți prepară doar două tipuri deși pe ele apar mai multe variante

Am stat o singura noapte deci nu pot sa spun cum este pe mai multe zile dar, la prima impresie micul dejun a fost foarte bogat si variat, este mult peste alte hoteluri unde am fost cazat in neptun. Amplasarea este de exceptie, locatia fiind principalul motiv pentru care am ales acest hotel. Bonus parcarea cu acces prin cartela suficient de mare.

a fost foarte scurta escapada de doar o noapte. Cu prima ocazie revenim pentru ceva mai multe zile

Foarte reusit. Voi reveni.

Localizarea pe lac. Amplasamentul terasei si privelistea foarte frumoasa. Mi-a placut ca in camera mea exista si tablou si icoana. Micul dejun a fost bun dar putea sa fie mai variat. Cel mai mult mi-a placut decorul-placa de onix luminata pe interior din hol in corpul B.

Varietatea de prajituri de la micul dejun. Nu am putut manca nimic din ele nu pentru ca nu ar fi fost de calitate ci pentru ca nu consum eu acest tip de dulciuri. Mi-ar fi placut sa existe compot.

The staff was very kind and attentive to the needs of the customers.

The beach with which the hotel has a contract for renting sunbeds does not rise to the level of the services offered by the hotel.

Nice location, close to the beach.

The restaurant closes at 11 p.m., if you have a room above the restaurant or above the kitchen, it can get quite annoying. The menu is not very diverse. The rooms are a bit smaller irl.

The lake - an asset and a liability in the same time.

The new building is comfortable. Not a designer’s hand, that’s clear, however decent. The relative proximity to the beach is another good thing. The restaurant of the hotel is very good in relative terms, we tried it along 3-4 others in Neptun and we returned to Insula for better meals.

The lake has that specific smell which lends it to the building, as it ages. Also the lake is not properly taken care of, although there are waterlilies which tend to cover the waste that adds there in time. I know the lake is not the hotel’s property, but it is its neighbour.

Exceptional

The view is incredible, especially in the morning, you can whiteness the sunrise from your bed. I rested very well, it is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, delicious and had a variety of options to chose from.

The wifi signal was pretty weak from my room. It did not affect me personally cause I had alternatives but it is something to consider.

Restaurant staff really young and not prepared for the job. At breakfast only taking the dishes and not cleaning the tables. Breakfast was not really 4 stars and inside the room you can hear the slightest noise from the hallway or other rooms. Price quite high only for the great view while services are poor.

We loved our stay at Hotel Insula and we’re looking forward to going back in the future!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous lake views and spacious and clean suites. Great breakfast included and very convenient restaurant on site for lunch and dinner, which we used several times (the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and professional). A short and enjoyable walk around the lake to get to the beach. Also very close to the Neptun main strip, amusement park and other restaurants.

Very good

Perfect location for a family getaway ,gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms,staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
