La maison est sublime, spacieuse et les lits sont très confortable.
La maison nécessiterai d avoir un bon coup de nettoyage. Tache sur le tapis et le canapé, papier derrière les lits.

Great communication with the property manager. Very friendly and helpful! The house was beautiful especially the backyard! My husband is in a wheelchair and they made sure we knew about the small step before coming. They had a issue with the hot tub right when we arrived that needed a part so we weren’t able to use it which was a bummer for our kids who really wanted to swim but management was very kind about it and immediately gave us a discount and a later check out time for the inconvenience. Things happen and can be a bummer but they really made it up to us and we will definitely coming back! The rooms were so comfortable, kitchen was great, pool table was fun for our 9 year old to learn, and patio was very nice. Highly recommend this place! Not too far from all the fun LA things but just far enough away from the craziness to get some peace and relaxation. Ralph’s grocery store down the road is perfect for vacation needs. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.
Nothing really. Maybe a few more towels but that’s not really a huge deal at all because there’s a washer and dryer.

Location was good. We liked the pool table, that was nice to have. The beds were comfortable and the showers were descent. Refrigerator was nice.
Well, the step in the yard on the gray slate is hard to notice. My first night I fell there in the yard. It left me very sore and bruised, still feeling it very much today, a week later.
The neighbors barking dogs before 6am sucked.
Not near enough towels for five adults, lack of hand towels also.
Not enough paper products were left for us, had to buy supplies.
The kitchen is designed for tall people, I couldn’t reach the microwave, or much of anything else
Issues with the big tv in the living room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental house in Woodland Hills, and it was an absolute dream. The backyard was a true paradise, with stunning accent lighting that transformed the space into a magical retreat in the evenings. The gorgeous pool and hot tub spa were the icing on the cake, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Indoors, the home had a fantastic pool table, which made for hours of incredible fun and friendly competition. The cozy environment in the living room, complete with neon signs, added a unique touch to the ambiance. It was a top-tier experience, and I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a luxurious and entertaining getaway. This place truly exceeded all expectations!
The only improvement I see would be to get on a mosquito control program with one of the pest control services and also provide plentiful tall Tiki citronella candles around the backyard

I really loved the house, very comfortable, clean, very well located, beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
The only thing I didn't like were the mosquitoes in the back. It's because of the season, I think it would be better in another time.

I like the beds and the pools .the tvs are nice . The atmosphere is great 😊
The hours for coming to the house is too late . Check out is a little to early. Put the instructions before arrival instead of the end of stay.

We liked everything about this home and it was very conveniently located everywhere we wanted to be. The amenities were great; there's an iron, linens, Shampoo, hand soap, Microwave, toaster oven, Ninja for smoothies and they were very accommodating to our toy poodle. We would stay here again.
They stopped the hottub on 8/24 we checked out 8/25. We missed a our last night in the hottub. The jacuzzi in the primary suite doesn't work. They also need to keep you better informed of when maintenance is coming. We stepped out to find the lawn was being cut unexpectedly in the front & back of house (where we were swimming). The family room carpet could be cleaner or replaced & a few knobs on the cabinets can be replaced or put back on. We also came during Hurricane Hillary and the roof was leaking. A bucket and towel was placed there to catch the water. The water caused the kitchen floor to buckle and we tripped over it a few times. Overall we give our stay an A-.

The property is private and well kept. The pool and jacuzzi were a great amenity.

The backyard is the saving grace of this place, but unfortunately the pool is not clean and the lawn chairs are stained and dirty.
From the beginning the property management felt disjointed and seemingly had no communication with each other. I was grilled 30 minutes before arrival about my dogs which I had already gone over with someone else. Inside the home is atrociously dirty. The couch was stained, carpet in living room is stained, the dishwasher had food in it, and the disposal had food rotting in it. The freezer was filthy, the water filter on the fridge was a month expired. The rooms were littered with mystery stains on walls, handles, light switches, you name it.
They have gardeners come and then leave the pool full of grass. The nerve to call this place a resort! When I informed them of all these issues they pointed the finger at housekeeping as if they are completely powerless to control it. The cherry on top— my last day there I was sitting on the living room couch and saw a small brown bug crawling in the corner of the couch. I snapped a photo in case it was what I feared it was. I sent that photo to exterminators and yup— bed bugs!
I again notified the property and they immediately jumped to the defensive and tried to discredit me.
It’s blatantly clear that the property owners care about highest profit possible and go the cheap and lazy routes for maintenance at the expense of guests.
Please don’t book here. They do not care about you or your well being. They are also far from pet friendly, they need to remove that entirely from the listing. They expect your dog to be crated at all times and make you pay $30 per dog per night.
You are much better off at a hotel or even air bnb.

The only think I can say I did not like was the fact that we found a lot of dead roaches (outside roaches like the ones that fly I understand because there's a lot of land outside which btw we love the outside) and some spiders webs, other than that we loved and enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend this propert was very spacious, hopefully we can recent it for my birthday

Was met on arrival by a person who have us a tour of the home, how to use everything, and where everything was. Walked us thru the check out process and made the entire stay easy.
It will be very small, but in the bedroom with the two guest beds, a power strip would be nice under the nightstand. The plug behind the bed was very difficult to access.
