Villa Fabrizia is a luxurious eight-bedroom property located on the heights of Gustavia. With extraordinary views over the harbour and the glorious sunsets, this dream vacation home welcomes up to sixteen guests in an idyllic scenery, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gazebo and very private spaces to enjoy the gentle Caribbean trade winds.
Built over several levels on a hillside, the villa rental Fabrizia is a haven of peace only a few minutes from Gustavia downtown, the capital of St-Barths. Facing a breathtaking harbour view, Fabrizia offers a lovely Caribbean setting in the lush vegetation. On the main level, the living room features soft sofas covered with pop-style cushions as well as a cozy dining area. Nearby, the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for a private chef for any festive occasion. A second lounge, open onto the front and the back, is also available whenever you and your friends wish to sip a cocktail in the gentle Caribbean mild air. Finally, you’ll find a separate bungalow with a magnificent library with many books to spend delicious times reading in a peaceful atmosphere.
At the front, the terrace offers a breathtaking view over Gustavia Harbour. A few steps down, you’ll love the infinity swimming pool and the jacuzzi close to the many deckchairs perfect to rest under the Caribbean sun. A charming gazebo faces the view, with a table to dine al fresco in a very private ambience. And every evening, in a lush scenery planted with palm trees and local shrubs, you'll marvel at the glowing sunsets over Gustavia’s harbour.
The vacation villa rental Fabrizia consists of eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms with outdoor showers. They are spread over several levels, with four bedrooms above the villa, accessible via an outside staircase, and four bedrooms on the lower level. They are furnished with king-size four-poster beds with light sheers, or twin beds; one of them even features three single beds, ideal for children. They also have lovely terraces opening onto the amazing panorama over Gustavia harbour, and onto the garden planted with palm trees.
Only a few steps from Gustavia’s center, villa Fabrizia is the ideal location for a fantastic stay for up to sixteen people in St-Barths.
