The fully equipped kitchen offers topline stainless appliances, granite counters and a walk-in pantry. There is seating for 10, six at the dining table, four more at the granite topped island. A wall mounted TV is strategically placed for dinner and dinner prep with a show. The dining area and kitchen flow into a good-sized living room with comfy lounge seating. Off the living room, there is an office area with another large screen tv and desk if needed. There is a half bath on this level, along with the separate laundry.

There are five bedrooms and six baths, including two half baths, in the house and a half bath in the pool area. The main floor is home to one of two primary suites. It has a big king size bed, a full private bath, and a big TV. On the second level, you'll find the other four bedrooms. First, there's the second primary suite, this one also has a king size bed, a semi-private full bath, and a wall mounted TV. Then there are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a TV. The final second level bedroom has a set of bunk beds as well as one single twin trundle bed for a total of four single beds in all. There two full baths on the second level.

The home has a third level as well, this one offering another sleeping accommodation in the form of a sleep sofa that converts to a full-size double bed.

There's also a lower level with additional lounge seating, a game room, and half bath.
