Island Vista can be found along a quiet, private drive on Canandaigua Lakes North West side. Upon entering this property you'll find yourself standing in a spectacular great room with windows that shine light from every angle. The open kitchen - dining area is ideal for serving large groups. Allow the chef in your group to prepare delicious meals while still mingling with everyone set at the wooden dining table or island bar seating area. A privacy wall separates the dining and living areas. Retreat to the living room after a satisfying meal and cozy up on the leather furniture.
Whether it's first thing in the morning and you're sipping coffee while listening to the sounds of bird's chirp, or it's in the evening and you're watching bright stars dance across the sky – outside, on the lakeside deck will quickly become one of your favorite places.
Back inside, completing the main level, you'll find two of the four bedrooms this home has to offer. Each room is spacious and designed for your comfort away from home while you're touring the Finger Lakes.
Upstairs, the loft landing with desk is the perfect space for the travelers that must work while on vacation. The high speed wireless makes it easy to pick one of the three desk areas in this grand home and catch up on emails, or hop on a zoom call. Two of the desk areas even offer lake views so you're able to still enjoy the tranquility of being at the lake. Completing the second floor, you'll find the additional two bedrooms.
Outdoor enthusiasts are sure to enjoy the landscaped grounds of Island Vista. Off the lakeside deck, plush grass spans the length of the yard until you reach the lakefront where the permanent dock awaits. Spend your days soaking up the sun, fishing from the end of the dock or watching as boaters pass by. Immerse yourself in all this view has to offer and soak up the crisp Finger Lakes air. A gradual entry to the lake makes Island Vista ideal for travelers with younger children.
When it is time to venture out, you will find favorite restaurants like New York Kitchen, Nolan's on Canandaigua Lake or Simply Crepes. Roseland Waterpark is just a short 10 minute drive for an afternoon filled with splishing, splashing fun! Kershaw Park where you'll find breweries like Young Lion and Twisted Rail isn't complete without a trip to Scoops Ice Cream!
