Dramatic 1,250+ square foot corner apartment with 12 foot tall ceilings, massive windows, and lovely city and lakefront views in multiple directions. This stylish light-filled two bedroom, two bathroom space is perfect for groups looking for a luxurious getaway in the sky in the heart of downtown Chicago. Centrally located in a historic building close to everything you want to visit, this is the best location in the city!
The Space:
Located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the heart of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by an airy space with beautiful wood floors and large windows on multiple sides overlooking Lake Michigan, the city skyline, and the neighborhood below. The views are fabulous both during the day and at night!
Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a 50" smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living Room: Full size sleeper sofa
We also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment has ample closet space throughout.
The building has a 24 hour doorman and great amenities including a gym, a club room lounge area, a convenience store, a gourmet coffee shop, and a speakeasy cocktail bar.
Guest Access:
You'll have complete and private access to our apartment and the building's shared amenities and retail spaces.
The Neighborhood:
The Loop is the heart of Chicago and the most central location in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, theaters, parks, and other sites. From our place you can quickly walk to Millennium Park, the lakefront, the Chicago Riverwalk, the Art Institute, Grant Park, the Magnificent Mile, and so much more. The Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium are just a 5 minute ride or a scenic walk along the lakefront. Oak Street for luxury shopping and the West Loop restaurant row for world class dining are only 5 minutes away as well!
Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains that will quickly take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft are also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car. Directly next to our building are stops for all of the city's main train lines (Blue, Red, Brown, Pink, Orange, and Green lines), making it extremely easy to get to O'Hare and Midway Airports and other parts of the city such as the West Loop, Lincoln Park, McCormick Place, Old Town, Wicker Park, Logan Square, etc.
Parking is not included with our listing, but there are many convenient and secure parking garages close to our building (within a couple blocks). Nearby garages include 318 S Federal St, 64 W Van Buren St, and many others. I suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $30.
Other Things to Note:
Although located on a high floor, this property still receives some ambient noise from the nearby L train, which is normal for apartments in downtown Chicago. We provide ear plugs and noise machines for light sleepers.
Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

We had such an enjoyable stay here. Everything was just as described - a lovely modern space in this historic building with plenty of natural light and comfy accommodations. Check-in was a breeze and the concierge in the lobby was lovely, the location couldn't have been better. If you're looking to stay in the Loop within walking distance of all the major tourist and shopping destination, this is a great place. Thank you for the fabulous stay; we hope to be back again!

Our family of 4 (2 adult children) loved our stay at the historic Fisher Building! We flew into O’Hare and took the blue line into Chicago which dropped us literally across the street from the entrance. The building staff was extremely helpful with check-in and answered our many questions about the area every day with a smile.
The apartment is as advertised- beautiful, clean, secure, and has an amazing view! It’s very well appointed for guests. We used the pull-out couch as well as the beds and it was perfect for our family. Thank you for a great visit!

Great location. The only complaint was the sketchy people who hung around outside, although they never bothered us

Right in the Loop. Close to everything. Beautiful views.

My friend and I stayed the weekend while in town for a concert and had a great stay.
Location was walkable or a very short Uber to anywhere we went. Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed.
A bit loud at night due to the train, but nothing some earplugs or a fan doesn't help.
Be aware of surroundings around the building - there are a lot of people just congregating at any hour of the day but nothing that affected our stay.

This is a great property on the south side of the loop. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Great communication with Staywell too - everything was accurate and they were helpful. Great access to the L, but unfortunately you can hear it quite well at night despite being on the 12th floor. No biggie, they even provided earplugs and I slept well.

Super easy to find. Convenient location close to L trains. Very clean and comfortable apartment. The previous renter must have lost one of the key fobs to the building because there was only one when we checked in. We alerted the management company and they responded very promptly and sent a new fob to the concierge. Most responsive management company I have ever encountered. Impressive.

This was a great apartment with everything we needed for a five day stay. Concierge was so helpful and we got in and out with ease. We loved the view and having this space instead of a hotel room allowed us to visit with each other so much more. Great response from owners all along the way. Highly recommend.

Convenient to museums and financial district but the area around the train station was not comfortable. People congregating in the park and at the entrance to the building at all hours.

I loved the views of all the iconic Chicago skyscrapers and a glimpse of Lake Michigan. Proximity to 3 L lines was also a plus, as well as the friendly Concierges.
Be aware of street noise.

What a great apartment! Walkable to everything we wanted including parks, restaurants, museums, the lake, the river, etc. And speaking of the lake it was tremendous to see the view of the water especially as the sun rose! Beautiful! Building is very cool and has a nice coffee shop on the first floor with access through the lobby. Apartment was nicely furnished and had very comfy beds. A great place to experience and explore Chicago!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, building and apartment. It was so clean and so spacious. The views were amazing. We had a great weekend!

Wonderful location, spacious enough for 4 adults, and a huge bonus of being able to watch the Thanksgiving parade from our windows!! More perfect than we could have imagined. Thanks!

Very nice suite, well equipped. A little far from downtown shopping, but we used Uber a lot and that worked well. Parking was only 1/2 block away and reasonably priced. There were a number transients that hung around beside and behind the building but they were polite and caused no issues. This suite is right beside the over street rail that starts at 5 AM and goes late into the evening; that noise may bother some people but we were okay with it. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This 2BR/2BA place was everything we needed for a concert weekend in Chicago. Convenient to the EL red and blue lines, walking distance from Grant Park, and surrounded by good places to eat (Meli's had a very nice breakfast and the Riverwalk area is an easy walk). Chicago Cut has great steaks, attentive service, and surprisingly hip music.
Not a fancy place to stay, but ideal for two couples or a small family.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and convenient to the L and easy to walk around the city. Beds were comfortable. We will be back !!

The apartment is in a great location in the Loop. The building is historic and beautiful. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was very clean, bright and airy. Even though it is located next to the El, it was not noisy. Earplugs are provided in case you forget to pack some. I used a sleep mask as well, and slept wonderfully. A lovely and very comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend!

My family (husband, myself, 2 kids aged 9 and 12) enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It’s very nicely decorated and cozy. The a/c wasn’t working during our stay but they had nice window units installed prior to our arrival so no issues. We were able to get around and see all of the city from this location but did struggle figuring out the transit options - we had it down by the time we left, haha. One thing I would add to arrivals is if you do drive, go around the back of the building for the loading zone - they have carts in the lobby. Lastly, for families, there are a lot of people that hang out on Plymouth behind the building. They made us a bit uncomfortable when walking to transit, although they did not bother us at all. We went across the street to pass that area, just for piece of mind. Overall, nice stay!

Four of us seniors were wowed by this roomy, modern apartment with views of Harold Washington Library’s incredible exterior and of Lake Michigan. We were able to walk for coffee, meals and entertainment with ease.
We’re keeping the contact info on this place for our next visit to the Windy City!
