We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise, it was a little farther out then we expected but once we arrived we loved it. The house is big and spacious and offered enough space for everyone. The views were amazing. You coud see the Pugent Sound from the window. Our host was most gracious and accomidating, she allowed us to check in much earlier than normal, this allowed us to drop off all our luggage and enjoy the sights.
We were so appreciative of her kindness. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a large family group traveling from several states to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nursing school. The house was very comfortable for a large gathering and conveniently located to get to the places we wanted to go in Seattle and Tacoma. Airport was maybe 20 minutes away. Dash Point State Park was a short drive and very beautiful. We enjoyed watching the wild rabbits scampering across the lawn.

The living space was very spacious and very comfortable for small group of teens staying there for a sports competition. It was great to have three full bathrooms (no tubs, but lovely showers). My only comment is that the place is best suited for a group of 8 people (or 8 people and two small children,) vs 10 as listed. The extra futon realistically doesn't fit two adults, it barely works for one small adult. The cookware is also best suited for a group of 8. A suggestion to the owner to provide a few more entertainment options like board games as many parties appreciate having household entertainment provided in the lodging package. All-in-all, it was a lovely rental and would absolutely rent there again. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk - which was critical for teens needed to be on their own. A very quiet and safe feeling neighborhoods. Owners were easy to communicate with. All-in-all, a great place for a group of 8!!

Spacious home, in great condition, with walkable access to the water. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was great, and had great views. But it’s listed as a 4 bathroom, but the 4th is in a locked master bedroom you don’t have access too. It’s a new construction house, but the trim work inside, the doors, etc are a hilarious disaster. None of the doors fit right, the baseboard is a mix of different sizes base, crown moldings, window and door trim is mixed up, trim paint is not complete, etc. It’s a bit like the house was never finished

We loved our stay in this home! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was so nice to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home provided enough personal space as well as a wonderful gathering space. The kitchen is easy to use with the seven adults we had with our group. The host was responsived and helpful. I would highly suggest this location.

The house was perfect for our needs - a bedroom & bathroom downstairs easily accessible for my older father, plenty of room in the house, toys for the kids to play with, a fantastic location convenient to the sound, SeaTac, and downtown Seattle. Property owner was easily reachable and answered all of our questions.

Very easy to find this gem in Federal Way. Made many day trips to Mt Olympus and Mt Rainier, as well as Seattle site seeing. Large rooms with baths. Everything you need Look in drawers. Small items came in very handy. Would book again.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 8 friends and family stay with us for a wedding in Lake Tapps. Grocery Shopping was close by. The house was clean, and very spacious. The view was amazing. I would recommend this place.

The functionality and look of the house was good overall. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable…struggled with the hardness of it-especially in the master bedroom. There were two broken barstools and a broken couch chair…but, My kids loved all the soft cozy blankets throughout the house. The kitchen was super organized which was helpful

There was plenty of room for 6 adults to stay and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms. The drive into Seattle was pretty easy. Loved the ability to walk down to the beach. Could use some spring cleaning but the beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. Nina responds quicker than I could have imagined and is very professional.

This very spacious, modern rental overlooks the ocean and is ~25 mins from Seattle and very close to lots of good restaurants and services. We were surprised by just how wide and spacious the rental is, with two sitting areas appointed with comfortable couches and chairs that are all beautiful. One new sitting area is upstairs which might show as having a small bed in former photos; it has been remade into a modern glass perch with a cool couch and a great view. There is a large formal dining room table with its own bar/cabinets and a large easy to use kitchen with a huge central bar area, counter space galore! Separate pantry is great, kitchen was well-appointed. Owners very responsive. We slept well in the nice beds. There is some airplane noise in the morning from Seatac airport north of here but we slept fine and the lightest sleeper among us slept well using earplugs which they use every night wherever they sleep. The neighborhoods in Federal Way are fun to drive to see the beautiful topiary, yards, and construction features.

Nina is really the best host! Always available, caring and thoughtful. The house is beautiful. We traveled with 3 families, 6 adults and 4 kids, we had more than enough space, all the beds and bedrooms were comfortable (this never happens for us!). Highly recommend!!

The home was sparkling clean with plenty of space. The kitchen area is large! We could easily have ‘6 cooks in the kitchen”. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Nice peekaboo views of the water and just a short walk to the quaint Redondo Pier area. It was perfect for or family gathering over the weekend.
