The property is located in the best area of Beverly Hills in Trousdale Estates, on a cul-de-sac. Less than 10-15 min away to fine dining, shopping and entertainment on Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip and West Hollywood .
SAFETY:
The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night.
HOUSE:
Living room features walls of glass overlooking the back yard and canyons.
Dining room is fine with designer furniture.
3 Bedroom have King size beds, 1 bedroom has Queen size bed. All rooms have plenty of closet space and mirrors.
We can provide you with an extra air mattress if needed.
There are 4 bathrooms.
OUTDOOR:
The back yard is large and completely private. There is a large pool, gazebo, patio furniture and BBQ.
*Heated Pool: Please note that there is an extra charge for $450 for the first day and $250 per day for the remaining stay*
PARKING:
3-car garage + driveway parking included.
OTHER:
High-Speed WiFi, Washer & Dryer inside of the home.

The property is very private, you will have full access to the entire home and the back yard.

The home is located in Trousdale Estates of Beverly Hills, a few minutes away from the most desirable shopping centers - The Grove, Beverly Center, Century City Mall, Rodeo Dr and Sunset Strip.
- Airport pick up & Drop off with Mercedes sprinter van available upon request subject to additional fee.
- If you wish to explore the city, we offer direct concierge private driver with Rolls Royce or you can use rental car, or Uber.
