We booked the house to have a short getaway with the grandkids before the school year began. The house and property are very nice and just as described in the listing. The dock / lake access was very good and we spent time there fishing and rented a houseboat one day. Perhaps the only thing we had even a slight issue with was it seemed like the HVAC didn't maintain even temperatures in all of the rooms - it got cooler in some rooms while the master bedroom was kinda warm. Also, the floor of the shower in the master bath was "soft" (it flexed when standing in the shower). Overall, though, we had a very good time and recommend booking this house.

The 4th bedroom is in the basement and you have to go outside to access it which is not very convenient. There are 89 stairs from the main house to the dock so it you are older or have knee problems beware. The camera system is a little unsettling have stayed in dozens of VRBO’s and never had a camera system like this recording you everywhere outside. There were more areas locked off than other VRBO’s I have stayed in. With all that said it was very close to 2 different boat ramps and marinas and gas stations you can get to from the water including boat gas. Deep water dock and easy access to the dock for your boat. The house was clean and it is pet friendly and generally fenced but your pets can get out if they are not off leash trained. We had a great time and got a leg workout at the same time. Close to Kroger, Walmart and restaurants. All of the bedrooms have full baths which is great for a summer stay as there will be lots of showers

This was such a nice home in a convenient location to boat ramp, grocery stores, etc. The lake is awesome and huge! We fished, swam, went boating, grilled on the large deck, relaxed, and indulged in many adult beverages! I would definitely recommend this property!

This property was great for adults with teenagers as they were able to watch TV, play Xbox, etc. without keeping the house awake! Also, the location to Milledgeville and local marinas on the lake was super ideal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, plenty of space, well maintained. The only negative comment we have is that the owner had the freezer portion of the refrigerator/freezer mostly full of their food and we had to make other arrangements for storing our frozen foods.
