Don't Waste Your Money
Well appointed kitchen. WiFi functional. No teaspoons in the drawers.
Owner promised partial refund of cleaning fee - 3 weeks later - nothing. Hall floor warped from prior flooding, needs repairs. Shower valve broken. No traction strips in tubs/showers. Dresser drawer broken. Dried food on dishes in cupboards. 1st floor fireplace inoperable. Missing window screens. Dining table sticky. Bathroom floor dirty. Condom wrapper and trash on closet floor. Converted bedroom window looks down into 1st floor bedroom, not outside. No pads/cushions for dining chairs. Sinks drain slowly. Burned-out bulbs in light fixtures. Views not remotely like what is depicted in listing. Pool and hot tub are across the street, HOA community facilities w/o deck furniture. Building desperately needs painting and railing repairs.
