These two homes include private pools, electric car charging, hot tubs, pool tables, hot shot basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, board games, Smart TVs, family games, and more!
Coral Canyon has easy accessibility, being close to the freeway, even though the freeway doesn't feel, or sound, close to your unit. Instead, you have a beautiful view of Pine Valley Mountain and the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area.

You have access to the pickleball courts, pool, and spa at Town Center Resort, plus you have a private pool and hot tub on the patio. On the rooftop terraces, you will also find patio furniture to lounge in and enjoy the beautiful view of Pine Valley Mountain and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area over your private fire pit.
These homes have all the basics and necessities needed to accommodate your group or family!
Every room has Smart TVs equipped with Roku. You'll have access to fully stocked kitchens with stainless steel appliances, pool table, shuffleboard, private pool, BBQ grill, private hot tub, and private firepit. Electric vehicle outlet in the garage. See pictures for more information.
