About this house rental
The newly remodeled Sojourner invites you to relax within a beautiful and elevated space. This spacious 10 ft. tall, tiny home features a sleeping area complete with a pillow top queen bed, slat headboard and ceiling fan. Take a seat in the comfy chairs and watch the world go by thru the wall of windows. Step directly out onto your spacious personal deck overlooking a private fire pit area and Lake Pepin. A picnic table is near the large outdoor firepit area. This tiny house is located at Bending River Cove Resort with other tiny houses nearby, yet the space is intimate and private. Ample parking is available, and we are EV and pet friendly. New mini split provides heating and ice-cold air! Due to bluff side location overlooking Lake Pepin, some train and traffic sounds can be expected. We are 6-10 min from both Wabasha and Lake City, were groceries, gas, food and shops are located. We stayed for a weekend in this tiny home. It was a great experience. Plenty of room to park our boat and have a day on Lake Pepin. There are multiple boat ramps between Lake City and Wabasha, so we had no problem getting on the lake and parking our trailer in a busy sunny Saturday.
Lake Pepin had multiple spots to pull the boat up to and swim off of a sandy shore, or float nearby. We also docked at The Pickle Factory for a pit stop and food.
The Stockholm art fair was nearby, highly recommend visiting Stockholm, very cute town with cute shops and eateries.
The Lavendar Farm was so cute, we picked wildflowers and enjoyed lemonade.

The owners were responsive and the house was very clean upon arrival. We were a bit disappointed that we didn't really have a great view of the lake, due to the position of this particular house. But overall, it was a great getaway and I'd recommend this place.
