The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by stairs, is characterized by the high ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen equipped with many cooking tools, including a dishwasher. This room boasts an access to the terrace with table and chairs, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, and a second bedroom, located on a mezzanine accessible from the living room through a staircase, which has two single beds, a dresser and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi, washing machine, iron and air conditioning.

Gem of the region of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is a 18-minute drive from the accommodation.
