Great location! Everything downtown Chico has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market - all within 3-4 blocks walking distance. Felt very safe in this neighborhood too. The accommodations were fantastic! Excellent A/C & fans (107 degrees the weekend we stayed!), great kitchen with all the supplies needed, Starbucks pod coffee & it was VERY CLEAN! Comfy & very homey feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely stay here again!

This property lived up to its pictures. It is laid out with an excellent use of space. The bed was very comfortable and my kids loved the pull out sofa. The two air units kept it perfectly cool on a hot Chico day. My favorite part is the 5-minutes walking distance to downtown. We’ll definitely be back.

A very cute, well decorated and furnished apartment. My wife and I stayed for 2 days visiting Chico and were able to walk to shops and restaurants in town. On site parking was convenient, and this place made our visit very comfortable. Will stay again the next time we come to Chico!

We were in town for Chico Baseball. The house was perfect for our quick little visit. Anthony was quick to respond and rememdy the situation when we had a small concern. We will stay at this house again when we visit our son at Chico State.

I would have given 5 stars except for the location. The rooms are beautifully decorated, & everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. There was an issue with the main heat & since we were staying in January, we needed heat. The owners had several space heaters which more than did the job, but I would suggest if the main heat isn't repaired soon that the instructions include the use of the space heaters. You can only plug one in in each living space otherwise you will trip a breaker & the entire space is without electricity. We arrived in the evening so it was dark & cold. We had to contact the owners for help after plugging in the heaters to heat up the place. They were very quick to respond & had someone over within half an hour to fix the problem. All of this could have been avoided with a quick text before check in to give us a heads up. The only other issue we had was the noise. It was a ironic that the rules for the property stress the importance of us being quiet, yet because of the location, there is a lot of street noise until midnight every night, weekends even later. This property is really close to the college so there are a lot of noisy college students walking right past the windows that are right behind the bed & noisy cars playing loud music. If you wear earplugs to bed like my husband does, you'll probably be fine. I don't, so it wasn't fine for me. However, the location does make it very convenient to walk into downtown for a meal or shopping.

My husband and I met in Chico 30 years ago when we were students at Chico State. I remember the way the trees lining the streets light up in yellow, gold and red fall colors. Our stay was in a beautiful location, very clean and well furnished, and the kitchen was stocked with extras like foil, spices and a full size refrigerator. We really liked the down duvet, lots of hot water, free wifi and decor. We enjoyed the offered fresh brewed coffee, everyday!
So much to love! We loved our vacation!!

Ava and Anthony made staying in Chico for my high school best friend a breeze. The location is perfect. Easy walk to downtown and the college. The space was super cute too! Had coffee on the porch and chatted with the friendly neighbors. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Chico to book this Chico charmer ❤️
