At first the room was impressive. However , there was at least 1/4 of dust everywhere. Like no one has been in that room in months. They have dishes in the room for guest to use. However , they were dirty ( 1 had mold on it ) . Unfortunately, one my children spilled orange on the kitchen floor. I went and got light tan cloth and Wiped down the spot the towel turned black. Bottom of the toilet , around the bowel was dirty. I had to clean this whole room. And when i told them to see if someone can at least vacuum my floor and mop the kitchen . No one came in to do that till the next day. And they have to have more rules with the gues with dogs. There was poop on the sidewalk and dog food. And no one cleaned it up till the next day after i had to report it.

The bed was uncomfortable and the family above me decided to play music and run around from midnight till about 4am. I wasn't even asked how my stay was when i left and was unable to reach anyone at 3 am

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The lobby area is very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and appointed nicely.

The kitchen was well appointed for short stay meal prep. Clean and modern place (it looked like a new build). Close to shopping needs. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast options.

Staff is friendly, helpful ,courteous. We had an unexpected situation and needed to cut short our stay for one night. Manager and staff were understanding, considerate and did their best to help us out. Place is reasonably clean. I am very glad to have found a place that has an egg omelet without dairy products!!! Kudos for the kitchen staff! There is also an egg white and veggie omelet with cheese available, along with other meat products. There are bagels and two different kinds of sliced bread. You can also enjoy sweet muffin cupcakes. There is NO dairy free milk available. They have regular waffles and a few syrups available. Butter and cream cheese available, but NO margarine. They had fresh fruits available. The oatmeal has options, including but not limited to dried fruit, coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, honey... There is also a variety of syrups including Kiwi, white chocolate and more. It would have been nice to find at least a Gluten Free bread product. I did not like that there were other guests loudly partying late at night outside into the early hours of the morning, not being considerate of others that needed rest. Room is spacious,with full size refrigerator, large microwave, cupboard with dishes, glasses, utensils, covered baking dish,cutlery. I would gladly go back to this hotel if ever in the area again.

I liked the outside seating area. I was disappointed that we did not receive the senior discount even though we are 72 years old. The food staff was very friendly but the person who checked us in wasn't. We also weren't informed what was going on when the fire alarm went off .

Property’s only one year old, so it looks very nice. Our Queen suite was huge with modern amenities (switch on wall raises and lowers blackout blind), has large bathroom and kitchen has medium size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Our only complaint for a $200/night room is the bathroom floor had hair on it along with dirty spots. Also while traveling with 2 dogs we couldn’t find one of the 3 luggage carts to help load our car. The front desk stated Hilton only allows 3 at each location! While we requested 1st floor room 2 weeks in advance, we were given 3rd floor which made it hard to load the car when we couldn’t leave our dogs alone in the room or the car. C’mon Hilton - help out the traveling elderly population!

Love, One of my favorite hotels to stay at when traveling. Very spacious and when I clean there’s never a problem finding dirt behind there cleaning. Only draw back is they start knocking from ten till checkout and rooms are to expensive for that once is enough and maybe it’s time to find a new approach, all that loud knock and yelling on each door is a bit much.

Family overnight stay to rest for drive home. Room overall was spacious and good. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Luckily I travel with cleaning products so I wiped down all high touch areas and cleaned the bathroom.

This hotel seems to suffer from a pillow shortage or simply from bad management. The room came originally with four pillows for four people. Despite me having requested five additional pillows when I booked the room, the front desk person provided only two, saying other guests might need pillows (on a Sunday after 9:30 PM) so that she could not give us more. There is a medical reason for the additional pillows, but they didn't care.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable, flat, and seemed old. The hot breakfast items were lukewarm to cold. I made several trips to on the elevator up to my room to heat up my family’s breakfast Also, I was told that hot oatmeal was only served during the week and sausage gravy replaced it on the weekends which made no sense to me especially since all of the toppings for the oatmeal was out for use. I was told that they were supposed to be used for the yogurt. With that being said, I would hope that you would give weekend guests the opportunity to choose between hot cereal items ( grits, oatmeal) and cold cereal. All weekend guests are not pork gravy biscuits eaters. If we want that we can go to the bojangles at the entrance of your hotel property. Lastly, the hotel sign at the entrance of your property is too small to see from the road. The bojangles sign is bigger and towering over it. Landscaping at the entrance leading up to the property and a larger visible sign would make the it feel more welcoming to guests.

Great new hotel in North Fayetteville…much needed. Friendly staff (Maria maybe), good breakfast, clean/new suites, away from downtown, nice fitness area. Adequate dining options on Ramsey street if you have a car. Fair price for what you get!

This is my 2nd time my family and I habe stayed in a Home 2 hotel and we absolutely love it! Always so clean and thats a big thing for me. I used to be a housekeeper, so i know what to look for. By far the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. They will continue to get my business! They are a dog friendly hotel and that is an absolute must for me. My little Lady goes where I go. The beds are the most comfortable beds ever.

Easy to find from highway, new and clean property. Room was very large and smartly organized. Lots of smart touches like many USBs, powered shades, a great kitchenette with a full fridge and plates/utensils.

Overall the place is nice and clean. I did have a challenge at check-in - I arrived with my family at about 7:20pm and was told that we needed to wait half an hour because our room was still being worked on. This was a surprise to me since we were several hours past check-in, and a bummer because my toddler was already pretty tired. Otherwise, everything else was good.
