Wonderful place.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad van 3 dagen.

De ligging van de B&B, alles fijn op loopafstand. Het was allemaal heel netjes en schoon. Rustig gelegen ook al is het midden in de stad. Als je met de auto bent is er overal parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk keukenpersoneel.

Ontbijt,is sober Binnen is overal een overheersende sterke parfumlucht,hier moet je van houden.

Angela and Maria whip up a delicious breakfast… from freshly baked cakes to omelettes and much more… they make sure you can face the day with a full tummy. The place is located just a few minutes walk down from the centre… going back up may get your heart rate going. We were welcomed by Rebecca who was very accommodating.

Struttura pulita, centrale rispetto al centro, vista bellissima e sia il Propietario che il ragazzo adibito al check-in e eventuali problematiche bravissimi e molto cordiali. Soggiorno molto gradevole

Uno spritz sulla terrazza con un apertivo molto molto soft prezzo 10€ a spritz. Leggermente superiore alla media della zona. Problema non rilevante. Nel complesso ottima struttura

The most amazing rooftop. Truly spectacular views, and had the pool to ourselves.

Charming stay in Noto

The position overlooking the city-centre, the garden and the kindness of the staff.

The property is in my view overpriced. The rooms are comfortable but clearly below the demanded price-value . The internet connection is not working well. No coffee machine in the room. 2 hangers only in the wardrobe. Little time-flexibility for the check-out. These are needed readjustments that the management wants to consider to improve the experience of the travellers.

Great place to stay in the heart of Noto. Beautiful building.

Loooovely property, beautiful ceilings in the rooms woow!!! Great balcony. The view from there was just gorgeous!!Terrace with very good cocktails. Free parking outside the hotel was super convenient.

Wonderful, relaxing - would 100% recommend and go again!

Aria is a hidden gem in the heart of Noto, close to pretty much anything you want to see in the historic city. It is located in a wonderfully restored old building with beautiful frescoes/painted cornicing in the bedrooms and has a real sense of history. The b&b has absolutely beautiful 180 degree views of Noto stretching from the coast, to the city’s Duomo and surrounding hillside, where you can see the sunset. Choose a room with a terrace and you can also enjoy the view from your own private outdoor sitting area. The main terrace is a great spot for eating breakfast, having aperitvo in the evenings or just sitting back and relaxing during the day (you can also enjoy a dip in the little jacuzzi pool). There’s a good selection at breakfast and the hosts were really kind and made omelettes to order. I’m Would recommend to anyone and don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else when I’m in Noto.

Boutique hotel with picturesque view and a lot of potential

Magnificent terrace with view on Noto’s corso, beautifully restored rooms, peaceful and quiet, walking distance from Noto’s main sites, welcoming and kind staff, easy parking in front of the building.

The property has a lot of potential. Few comments to improve guest experience: 1) Reception: We didn’t get any guidance on breakfast, the terrace hours, Wi-Fi, etc. The rooms near the reception should feel more welcoming; a lot of empty space that is used for breakfast only; 2) In the room, lack of basic items: no do not disturb sign if we don’t want the room to be cleaned up, safe not working properly, no pamphlet with $ for the beverages in the fridge or indicating other services provided by the hotel for a charge or not (ex.: laundry, steamer, etc.). We saw that some kind of pamphlet was available at the reception but should be available in the room as well; 3) Lack of storage space / drawers for the size of the room; 4) Poor Wi-Fi signal; 5) Room door difficult to operate.

Amazing terrace and view. Breakfast is superb. You can not find better breakfast in Noto. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Easy to park and location is close to everywhere. Definitely recommend!

There isn’t a lift so it’s not ideal for elderly / those with mobility problems, but there are only a few steps. The sound of the water heater going on at night with some noisy creaking pipes is a bit of a bother.
