We enjoyed our stay and the nearby river trail! Thanks!

We come to the area for our annual DMB weekend. Always stay in Broad Ripple area love the food options and of course Monon Coffee! Don’t mind the drive to the venue as it’s close to lots of other things. Will book again when we are in the area

Felt such peace during our entire stay. The host provided everything we would need. Our favorite place to unwind was the screened in porch. Pictures don’t do justice to the serenity provided by the bungalow.

The first night we had an issue with the thermostat reaching temps of 91 degrees. We called immediately and someone called back. We were able to resolve the problem mostly and get the temp down to 74 all weekend. Also, after the 1st night the door lock didn't work. We had to leave it unlocked all weekend.

Great

The house is adorable and had everything we needed. Love the two large bedrooms and bathrooms as we were two couples staying. We each had our own comfortable space. Beds were comfortable too.

So cute...very clean ,well appointed ...loved the screen porch..loved all the trees and foilage...felt very private

We were here for a family wedding and found this property perfect. The porch was especially lovely. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well.

We had a great stay overall. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the screen porch is awesome. the wifi works great, the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking implements, the interior was quite clean, and it is well located. Broad Ripple is a surprising delight too, and the Monon Trail, which is right nearby the bungalow, is just terrific.
4.7
Cute little bungalow! Beds were super comfy! Was deeply disappointed with the fact we couldn’t use the fireplace since it is the main focal point of the advertisement for the home! Also needs luggage racks or benches in the bedrooms for luggage but overall a beautiful home

I came to town for my son's 6th birthday. It was the perfect spot for he and I to unwind after our fun during the day. I couldn't figure out the volume in the bedroom to the right which was annoying. There was literally no buttons on the tv or remote. There were also cobwebs in the cabinet above the microwave and a couple other places. The bathtub had hair in it so i did a bit of cleaning before my sons bath the first night. Other than that it was comfortable and a pretty setting. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect getaway.

Cute place, in the awesome Broad Ripple neighborhood.
The outside of the property is fairly neglected - leaves everywhere, cobwebs/bugs on the siding, but the inside was spotlessly clean. Place was well equipped and appointed, but is smaller than the photos suggest. Beds comfortable, heating was good (prior review said it was cold). very convenient to Manon Trail and restaurants.

Lovely property! So cozy and welcoming; loved the fireplace, natural light and comfortable beds! Location is nicely tucked away so a bit hard to find as there is no signage on the street. Please note you turn down the street that says ‘No Outlet’. We really had a lovely time and will definitely be back - Thank you!

My husband, my four month old baby, my pregnant sister-in-law, and my brother-in-law came to Indianapolis for a weekend getaway. While we were at this house, the heat went out. We were freezing. We had to sleep in sweatshirts, with a full set of clothes underneath. The host was very responsive, and they kept saying someone was going to be by soon to fix it, we went the entire day and no one came by so we had to stay another night freezing during Indianapolis winter. I had to put my infant in a snowsuit to sleep in. Apparently they have that new system where it’s an electric thermostat, it was dead, and they had no cords there to charge it with. It was an easy fix and instead of coming right away and fixing it, they let us stay the whole weekend like that. We were told we would get a refund for one night (after me, asking because they didn’t even want to do that). Only around 1/4 of our total stay was refunded (I assume the price of one night without fees and taxes), and it took almost a month to receive that after messaging them again that we were still waiting on it. I’m very disappointed with our stay. The morning we were leaving, while packing, I had to turn on a hairdryer in the house to get it warmed up a little because we were so cold trying to just pack.

The house is quite roomy and well appointed. I would recommend renting this property in warm weather when you could use the screened in porch. Also, better to not need heat because we were cold the entire visit. I consider 62 degrees uncomfortable. There was no way to regulate the heat ! If we could have used the fireplace, we would have been more comfortable. Gas and no remote or instructions. We spent much of our time there trying to get help. The website is awful. They send you a code to put in, but it comes so slowly that by the time you get it, the 30 seconds you get is up ! We tried over and over. Also, the guest bedroom tv was not usuable since there was no remote for that ! The outside of the property needs attention. It was rainy and the steps were treacherous , covered with slippery wet leaves.

Great place to stay! Pictures were accurate. Kitchen was very well stocked. Close to everything including the Monon walking trail. Highly recommend

Very nice. Could look a lot better with routine clean up outside. But it was fine

The Bungalow was such a lovely property! It is comfortable, beautiful and well appointed. We loved being close to Broad Ripple so we could take in all the area had to offer (we really enjoyed the Saturday Farmers Market). But coming back to spend time at the Bungalow was just as nice! It’s a peaceful spot and we loved it!

Really enjoyed this lovely bungalow. Clean-safe-easy access… all the amenities we expected!
We will stay again next time we visit Indy!!
Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It is nestled back off the main road within a lush landscape, but close to many great restaurants and shops.

We used this property for an overnight stay prior to an early morning surgical procedure. Clean and comfortable. Was given the wrong key code so it was a bit stressful checking in but relatively quickly resolved. There were no check out instructions that we found. Overall, a good stay.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Vintage cottage style property. Enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit!

The house was as described. This was our first ever VRBO experience and were happily surprised. No complaints! Quiet neighborhood, house has all the amenities, screen porch is a bonus, within walking distance to river and pet friendly restaurants. We will be back next year!

Unfortunately my stay was interrupted after only a couple if days. The review only reflects my brief perspective of the space and location. The host was very attentive and accommodating.
