About this apartment rental
150 m2. More information by the provider: The old Hotel Astoria was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with beautiful flats. The location of House Riverside is very central, it is only a 200m walk to the Alpin Express cable car. The village square with the church is also only a 5-minute walk away.
The flat is on the 1st floor and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, 1 bedroom has a specially built bunk bed where there is a double bed below and a single bed above. The 4th bedroom is a bit special and has a pull-out sofa bed. It is also the sauna room with sofa corner when the sofa bed is not needed. This sauna room has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC/washbasin. The master suite also has an en-suite bathroom with bath/toilet/washbasin. The other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom with shower/WC/sink. The living room is furnished in a beautiful, luxurious chalet chic style with lots of wood. The fireplace rounds off this chalet atmosphere just as perfectly as the reading corner by the large windows. Next to the living room is the open, top modern kitchen with cooking island and high table. The practical washing tower is also located in the kitchen. From the flat you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the river of Saas-Fee from the large terrace. The flat has a private ski locker and a storage room for bikes.
Visitor's tax: Summer: CHF 7.00/day for adults, CHF 3.50/day for children (6 - 16 years). Winter: CHF 4.50/day for adults, CHF 2.25/day for children (6 - 16 years). All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard grants numerous attractive discounts like unlimited use of 8 of the 9 lifts in summer. In addition, the use of buses in the Saas Valley is free all year round. Bed-linen and towels are in the price included.
