Hotel staff was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful, especially since we were one of many groups of evacuees from neighboring counties during Hurricane Helene. We were very impressed and pleased with the decor and comfort while we were displaced. An added bonus was the in-house restaurants so we did not have to leave the hotel for our meals during torrential downpours.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, traumhafte Lage des Hotels direkt am Wasser, sehr sauberes Zimmer,
Frühstück frisch zubereitet und sehr geschmackvoll,
Parkplatz vor dem Haus und kostenfrei.

Everything- greeting, staff was super friendly- we had a great conversation about the is history of the area … and recommendations. The weather was cool but the view on the outside patio were wonderful- relaxing.

The ongoing sewer smell that we were informed was a city issue.

All was great

The view was spectacular. The room was was beautifully appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable.
I wanted two comfortable chairs in the room and would have liked glasses instead of plastic cups. Not much to complain about.

Clean, new and waterfront. Liked the bar on the 5th floor.
No pens in the room. No safe in the room.

through Booking.com, booked a room with a view of the bay, they gave me a room with a view of the parking lot

Very spacious rooms, very clean, very nice.
I booked for a bay view and didn’t get a view of the bay, it was a view of the parking lot

Clean , salt water pool was nice , staff was professional and courteous, room was exceptionally clean . Outside was well lit .
Didn’t like non paying public ( homeless) man riding bicycle at 11 pm … plus 2 other men walking while I was walking my dog. Felt unsafe

I would like a vehicle charging station

Very Clean and modern! Loved the roof top bar!
My only suggestion is that the fans on the roof top bar are essential this time of year and 3 of 4 were "broken".

It was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Initial look when I walked in, I was really impressed!
The queen bed and pillow we slept on were uncomfortable. But that's just a minor thing, everything else about the hotel was great!

Beautiful hotel, great food & amenities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will come back!
The hallway in our level wasn’t finished or looked like it had water damage or something. It was a surprise to see in such a beautiful and new hotel.

New and freah. Very quiet

Everything was immaculate! Staff was super friendly and rooms were very, very nice!
The only thing that bothered us, was that the view from the fourth floor was amazing, but we were located directly underneath the fifth floor roof top lounge, and when they moved chairs and table around up there, it echoed through the floor/ceiling into our room. a mat or rug underneath the tables and chairs would probably eliminate this or at least reduce the echo.

Liked Andrea server. Very nice

The food at the “Steam on 5” was decent. I thought the menu would be different from the restaurant downstairs. Loved the location as it was away from the crowds of Panama. I also loved the fact that it was new, had adequate well lit parking and was very clean!
The constant running of the fan in room 534. It was quite annoying for 3 nights! The ice machine on the 5th floor didn’t work, had to retreat to the 4th floor. I didn’t get to access the pool area as individuals put towels on the lounge chairs and cabana’s hours before actually
even using them. No one was present but personal towels were in place. Last but not least…my husband and I were asked if we would move our seat at the rooftop restaurant so another group of individuals could be seated. Rude jester, you tried… we declined!

beautiful
We booked room with bay view, but was put on the front side. Staff member told me that Fri June 30 was completely filled and that we would be moved the next morning. Unfortunately we never heard from anyone to be moved when the. ext morning came. At check out a staff member did provide continental breakfast for 2 but we checked out early and didn’t have time to sit and eat. Bay view rooms cost more than other rooms at this location. I was not happy.

Loved the location. proximity to restaurants and spa. Beautiful room, beautiful view. Absolutely love the Hardwood floors. very quiet hotel.
They seemed to be understaffed only one waitress for the restaurant on the fifth floor.
No hot water or water pressure. The water was the slightly warm, but never got hot.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was amazing.
I had to ask for a coffee machine and a light bulb for a lamp. I realize the hotel had just opened and these things happen. What really got me was the television was not working. There had been a bad storm that has affected many of the tvs. But there wasn’t even a radio so I could stay up to date on the latest news or just watch a movie. I was there for my mother’s funeral, so I really needed an escape for a while.
