Fantastic staff, friendly and attentive. Also a great location on a beautiful part of the beach
The hotel grounds could have been finished and the rooms could have been more welcoming, eg some art on the walls , fresh flowers etc

Rooms were spacious and brand new. Well appointed.
The property has just opened recently, and a lot of finishing touches, have yet to be done such as the hardscaping around the property. So it was very dusty and just dirt or crushed stone paths to the villas, which made it difficult to get to and from with baggage. There were no comforters on the beds only sheets. We had to ask for blankets, I think comforters would really elevate the sleeping experience.

It’s a new hotel it also is in a good location near the beach and many restaurants
The view of the room we had was sea view which you can see from a far. Next to the building is all trees and plants.
The breakfast is basic not the greatest.
The staff are very dry not so welcoming
We didn’t have a phone in the room to contact reception when we needed things. Couldn’t order room service.
The room was quickly cleaned I don’t think the floors or anything was cleaning properly during the stay.

The staff. They were so, so, so warm & friendly. Sometimes the service wasn’t perhaps what you’d call “5 star” but their warmth, friendliness and willing to help was absolutely fantastic. The freshly made pastries & other dishes at breakfast were INCREDIBLE!
While we knew the hotel wasn’t completely finished some things could have been put in the rooms like a shelf in the shower for shampoos and soap. The balconies are often almost bigger than the rooms for some reason…? And the air conditioning system is too automated, ie guests prefer to set the air conditioning how they want it.

Amazing property in a great location just steps from the gorgeous beach! Rooms are clean and comfortable, sparsely decorated in the cycladic style. The breakfast is nice and varied, with both Greek and American/English breakfast options. Beach & bar staff is hardworking and attentive. Plenty of space for parking. Between the views of the Naxian hills and the crystal blue water you really can't go wrong. We didn't want to leave!
The shower needs a ledge or shelf to put soap/shampoo on. Everything else we loved

The personel and owners of the hotel are very friendly and welcome you from the very first minute. Location is amazing, rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. I cannot think of anything negative. A truly amazing experience. Thank you so much

Loved the pool. The location. The rooms were spacious. The staff was great. The beach.
It did not have a full body mirror in the room 😏 Otherwise we really loved our stay!

Deluxe suite with partial see view was big enough for us (2 adults-1 teen) and functional. Coffee machine, fridge at disposal. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Huge terrasse from where we add almost a front sea view.
Towel at your disposal at pool and beach (which is only 50 meters across the sandy road). Comfortable sunbeds at your free disposal.
Small breakfast but you have all you may need (fruit, cake, bread, eggs, bacon, etc) but most important fresh orange juice!
Very nice staff, helpful. Special thanks to the lady at front desk who waited us late at night, she helped us a lot.
I may suggest to add a safe box in room.
Personally not a big fan of music on the beach.
As Naxos' airport is not so far away you may hear the plane when landing but this is not Heathrow or JFK Not an issue for us in any case.

We had a wonderful vacation at Dunes hotel. We will definitely stay there again in our next visit to Naxos! The hotel rooms and facilities are outstanding, the team is very attentive and service oriented. The beach is dreamy, tranquil azure see and golden send.
Thank for making our holiday great!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Greece, especially the islands. I come often and this hotel was stunning and we cannot say enough about the staff and service. All brand new unites and a luxurious pool. Less than a two minute walk to gorgeous, sandy beaches and with a wait staff to bring you cocktails to the exclusive day beds. It was all five star-from the service, the food and drinks at their restaurant and bar, to the modern and perfectly built and adorned villas. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that there is not one negative thing to add. ALSO, the area has everything you need or could ask for (local cuisine restaurants, markets, bars-all along the beach and within walking distance)!
