Poor

parking was not available for me and there were no apologies about that from the staff. I needed to park in public parking and then my plates were stolen. if it is written that parking is provided it should be.

Charming, comfortable hotel.

Big room with free parking. Good value for money if you choose not to eat there.

Room, location and staff was great. The staff real fun. We stayed for a night and would stay for another night if we would ever come to Andorra again. The value for money is good but skip dinner (The meat was good but the rest, not acceptable.).

The breakfast was weak for a three star hotel. But okay. Dinner was pretty awful. They neither had fresh salad (brownish leafes) or vegetables (pickled and microvawed?) Even the fries seemed to be microvawed.

Great Stay.

,The Hotel was in a good position away from the busy road.Lovely terrace .We ate our breakfast outside, fab weather.We have a dog,she was allowed in the bar.Staff couldn't do enough for you.Teresa was exceptionally nice.Evening meals great,different menu every day.Plenty to eat.Car parking free of charge. Overall great value for money..We will be back.

decent hotel in a beautiful environment at a good location

decent hotel with own garage (no place guaranteed but there was always a free spot for us) close to the main road but no noise issues close to the tourist info centre which is handy plenty of restaurants around

breakfast was basic and often a refill of e.g. fruit was necessary but OK a bit outdated maybe but clean and good beds

Friendly hotel right in the centre of Soldeu !

This hotel is right in the centre of Soldeu and is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was surprisingly good and copious and they offer unbeatable prices for solo travelers! I had a great stay!

The sound insulation between rooms was not good. As a light sleeper that was a problem.

Una escapada a montanya perfecta! Perfect mountain escape!

I stayed with 2 dogs (not chihuahua size), almost couldn´t believe there are still places where dogs are welcomed and without supplement! Family owned small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (thank you for omelet!) , very clean. The ratio quality-price is exceptional, in my opinion, (keep in mind it´s not a boutique luxury hotel, it´s a small mountain hotel). I loved my mini-holidays there!

Excellent stay, very nice staff, will come again.

The breakfast was adequate, standard continental breakfast, but very good. Our room was a good size, with twin beds, which were very comfortable. The room and hotel were spotless. Situated in the centre of Soldeu, so handy to get around the village. We were lucky to have a parking space for the whole time of our stay.

We were kept awake on our second night by a rowdy group of outsiders whole took over two cable car cabins that are situated at the front of the hotel. I had to call reception at 02.00hrs to complain about the noise and disturbance. They were quickly moved on, and we received an apology in the morning. The next evening the cabins were locked up. These should be locked up every evening.
