Our property is tastefully designed to make you feel as if you're in the midst of a tropical paradise! This POOL with heater in our AMAZING backyard home, is 15 mins from Dania Beach and pier, Las Olas blvd which offers fantastic shopping, dining.
The house is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for cooking, dining and going to the beach.
Our guests will have access to the entire home and the LUSH private back yard, with free parking NOW with EV CHARGER.
Work from home at our designated workspace, with high-speed wifi.

The Space:
The theme of the house is beachy, with decor from the ocean.
The master bedroom has king sized bed and on suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is wall to wall with the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV with apps for streaming.
FULLY STOCKED kitchen, dinner table and chairs for 6 persons.
Nice comfortable couch and table in front of the large TV in the living room.
The FULLY FENCED, LUSH, PRIVATE backyard has on the upper deck (one step up) a seating area, dining area for 6 persons and a 3 BURNER BBQ.
The lower deck (one step down) is separated by a fence and gate to prevent direct access for the little ones to the pool deck.
The pool and deck is surrounded by a lush tropical palm trees, the sun beds can be moved around for those who prefer enjoying the sun or those who prefer the shade.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house and yard, except one closet in the hallway and the enclosed carport.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in one of Fort Lauderdale's hidden gems. It's set in a quite safe area that have close access to all major highways, so you are very central to all that South Florida have to offer, while at the same time you can unwind in the tranquillity of the this house and backyard.
This area was built to have a Florida Keys vibe and with the New River at the end of the block and all canals in the area you feel surrounded by water. Most houses are owner occupied, and the families who live here love the area and the community.

Getting Around:
Even if it easy to get around with uber, lift or taxi, we always recommend our guest to rent a car if they are not arriving with their own car. The house has a driveway in front of the house so free parking is no problem.
It is easy to find your way around the area and being close access to all major highways makes it easy to visit everything that South Florida has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
We can host 6 people, max 4 adults and their children.

The pool will be cleaned weekly, there will be a pole with net on the railing of the deck , to scoop up any leaves that end up in the pool in between cleanings.
If you would like to use the pool heater let us know so we will turn it on for an additional fee.


There is also a basket in the skimmer that catches leafs and debris. It can be emptied and that will help in keeping the pool clean in between cleanings.
The skimmer can be found on the deck on the deep side of the pool, it is a round lid, lift the lid up and remove the basket and empty the it by the trees and place it back in the hole and put the lid back.

If the pool is very dirty, please let us know and we will send out the pool cleaner.
