This is a convenient property within easy walking distance of downtown Greenport, NY. The home is nicely equipped for a comfortable stay. It has a charming vibe that encourages relaxation. If you want a sterile, hotel experience, look elsewhere. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were surprisingly luxurious. The stairs to the second floor may be challenging to the very young or old, but there is a large main floor bedroom for those that cannot negotiate the older home stairs easily. There is a nice yard and it was pet friendly. There was private parking for 2 small cars, but on street parking was no a problem and safe.
This is a good property for adult singles and couples looking for a comfortable home base to enjoy Greenport and the North Fork.

Clean, comfortable, and close to town. Hosts were responsive and offered great recommendations. My girlfriend and I made a nice brunch in the kitchen and ate it on the front porch. The decor added a nice touch (I’m a painter myself). Highly recommend for a city escape. Hoping to come back in the summer!

Great location. Stairs to upper level very difficult to navigate. Kitchen could be better stocked with coated pans/lids and plastic containers.
Written instructions on use of TV, heat, trash and checkout would be helpful.

Lovely venue, walking distance to Greenport town. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen appliances for us English visitors x

These hosts were amazing at communicating! They were so accommodating and even gave awesome recommendations. Our favorite part about the property was its proximity to everything we wanted to access- the beach, the town, restaurants, Shelter Island Ferry, and more! Thank you for an amazing weekend. We’d love to visit again.

Great experience thanks to responsive hosts in a great house in the heart of Greenport. We were sad to leave. The flowers and trees will become your friends as you gather in the backyard.

Emily and Lucien made our visit to the North Fork of Long Island an absolute pleasure. The property was well located a short walk to the town of Greenport. We also walked to the KontaKosta Winery, which was recommended by the hosts. It too was outstanding. House was big, spacious. Great kitchen. Wonderful backyard. And dog-friendly! Neighborhood was quiet at night. A FIVE-STAR for anyone looking to stay in the North Fork. Easy access to the other wineries as well as farmer's market stands and points of interest. A gem.
