liked how easy stuff was to find and some of the extra touches for those in all different walks of life
breakfast stuff wasn't replenished on day 2, tv aerial cable could have been run around the edge of the room to save trip hazards, given the price per night of the room thought it was odd to ask for extra money for electricity, if its important to have 2 parking spaces out the front then it would have been handy to have something to signify 2 spaces.

The breakfast was supposed to be for 2 people for the 2 days, but a couple of items were finished in day 1 and not replaced which was disappointing.
Our friends in the king -sized room had different breakfast items and also ran out of some of them on the first day.
Bed comfy, water hot and Wi-Fi fab so everything else was great.
The breakfast see above

Spacious room, house and rooms were very tidy and comfy
Nothing to report or to dislike

The location is great, walking distance to Stowmarket. Premises were clean, information was clear.
Bed springs were noisy and the clock in the room was loud.

It was very good with plenty of choices.
Nothing

The location was ideal for walking to and from Stowmarket town. Off road parking was appreciated. Room was comfortable and facilities good with free WiFi.
4.1
Rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained.
Nice selection of breakfast items.
Would be great to have some herbal tea as well as normal tea for use in the room.
4.1
Good selection at breakfast.
Host friendly in messages.
Room large - bed comfortable although room was very warm so didn't need all the covers.
Large parking space although a little awkward with large car
Decor not my taste but perfectly fine.
Bathroom across hall so felt bad I might be waking other guest when I went through.

We were due to arrive early, and every effort was made to assist us. Communication was excellent 👌. This was a rare find, a real home from home feel. For the cost, I defy anyone to find a comparable stay. Our room was a king with a private ensuite & was absolutely everything one would need for a short term stay. Very clean, warm & comfortable. I am very fussy with regard to complimentary toiletries & was chuffed to find vegan friendly, high quality body wash. We absolutely loved the breakfast room. 1stly the decor which was a tribute to vintage Suffolk. The continental offering far surpassed all expectations and bettered that offered at a number of 4* plus properties we stay in on a regular basis. Cereals, an assortment of different breads/ pastries, a plethora of homemade conserves, together with cheeses , fresh fruit & juice. If we visit Suffolk again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
I can think of nothing off-hand. The homemade conserves even ensured that I didn't miss my marmite.

Would have preferred a regular muesli option at breakfast. Good sized TV 📺 screen. Nice decorative features, such as vase with flowers. Good shower space.
Cramped and over-busy lay out of the accommodation room. Bed comfortable, but too large for the room size. Window blind pulley cord working poorly. Inadequate provision for men's electric shaving.

It was a convenient place to stay for a night; about a 15 min walk to the station.
The ad said there would be breakfast in the dining room but it was unavailable as it was under repair. I’d requested for a 3PM check in which was accepted by the hosts but the keys weren’t available then. I had to call them up so they could come unlock the property

there was no one there and only one cup and glass in bedroom also cold

Everything was to my satisfaction and I was travelling for a wedding so was sharing the house with other family members only.

I struggle to walk, so being up a hill wasn't great for me. But the place is called Falcon Towers.

The house was used by myself, my partner, and one other person, and we had the house to ourselves. There was very little contact with the owners. In fact, it was only arriving and departing that this took place. However, there was a contact number had we required them for any reason.
Water for tea, etc, was supplied in bottles with an extra large flask of top-up if needed. The bread and butter, etc, was replenished the following morning with fresh orange and other items available, too.
The location is a few minutes walk up the hill from the train station and if on foot only another 5 or 10 from the station to the town. Cabs are available nearby if not. I went for my daughter's wedding and the reception was at a place, just the other side of the railway from where we were located. This was done by cab for £5.
Apon returning home after our stay, it was discovered that a brand new unworn dress was left in the house, and the owner is posting this back to us at her own expense.
What more can I say? Exceptional above and beyond and very kind and thoughtful 😊 Thank you.
I prefer cooked breakfast to continental, but it states what is available, so this isn't a complaint, merely an observation. .

I received very clear information beforehand. At the property there were lots of delightful personal touches to make us feel at home, welcome and cared for. Every need had been thought about - fresh milk in the fridge, a hot water bottle in the drawer. The owners were so accommodating, providing an extra mattress for my 16 year old son. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was really comfortable. I thoroughly recommend Falcon Towers.

You pull up outside a slightly dodgy looking ex-council house. Inside it is great, good continental breakfast, comfy bed and great shower!
Nothing!

The bed was lovely and comfortable.
The Mini fridge in room was a nice touch and the self check-in system was good
The room was a bit cluttered, there was no hand towel in the bathroom and there wasn't a lot of water or cold drinks available
4.1
The breakfast was fine.
Room was as described
I would have liked to have had a direct contact phone number

The instructions were clear and easy to follow re: check in. The room (Eagle) was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! I liked the vintage things in the room and dining room, especially the old documents, I find those kinds of things really interesting! Would stay again to explore the area more.

Availability of facilities
Variety of breakfast items
Noisy bedroom and bathroom doors, especially at night.
I hope you don't mind my saying, but I was brought up with 'I want never gets'.

Room was clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and relaxing and was well equipped. Good attention to detail especially regarding the breakfast room.
I would have preferred to have a tea making facility in the room. I found having the toilet downstairs inconvenient. Also a light above the basin would have been useful.

Reserved parking on site, access no problems and instructions clear. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Shower and toilet not en suite but situated just across the landing. The shower was great and everything perfectly clean. Breakfast was self service but plenty of choice, cereals, toast, fruit etc. We didn't meet Marlene, but she helped me with an issue via a text message, no problem.
Nothing really, it's a good location to visit the area.

The room was very comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast because I slept late after a long day on Saturday and then set off straight for Framlingham Castle.
