Welcome to our "Lazy Daze" Vacation Home! Our 5 Bedroom plus den home is located in SW Cape Coral with convenient access to restaurants, beaches, marinas, shopping, golf courses & so much more. The master bedroom has a king size bed, baby crib, and high chair, making it the perfect home for family vacations. All other bedrooms have queen beds and the den has a pull out couch. This home is also equipped with a gas grill, linens, towels, pool floats, fishing poles, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge extended under truss lanai. This home has an electric heated pool surrounded by a fully paved large deck & screened enclosure. This home is perfect for for swimming, tanning, and entertaining! We are updating this home in between guests and new pictures will arrive soon! We welcome you to stay at our vacation home.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. Everything was really nice and cozy. The children really enjoyed the pool and they actually saw. I don’t know if it was an iguana maybe or some sort of lizard and they took pictures and were very excited about it. All of the shopping we did was not too far away, so we were very pleased with that. We even went to the Walmart a few times. The property had everything that we needed for our stay - we had 8 adults in our family group. The listing was accurate in terms of the property, location and its amenities - i.e. swimming pool, A/c, beds, BBQ, wifi, kitchen appliances, towels, etc, etc. Another good point was that the kitchen was well equipped and the owners/previous occupiers had kindly supplied some basic items - coffee, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, etc which we replenished. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The only negative observations were that we felt it could do with some updating in terms of decor/bathrooms/sunbeds, and that the swimming pool is great (nice and deep), but there is not much space around it for sunbathing. However, the property is very competitively priced given its size and space - which is a real plus.

Overall the property was just what we needed, perfect for 9 adults. Clean, comfortable beds, easy check in/out process and a lot of kitchen items. We had everything we needed and more. In the listing, they do say they are working on updates, so i imagine these items are being addressed. The only areas I noticed that needed attention was the pool area & lounge chairs would benefit from power washing and the soffits needing replaced. Birds are going in at the master bedroom soffit and you can hear the birds in the attic flapping their wings and chirping in the mornings. In the afternoon, you could see the birds going in the open soffit with grass, etc to make a nest. That should probably be addressed before the birds cause damage. There were bikes, fishing poles (we added another so there are 3 poles), plenty of pool toys, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Wonderful home and I would rent again. We also saw a 5 foot iguana sunbathing on the dock! Great place and close to a lot of the things we wanted to experience in Florida.

We really liked this property. Great layout for privacy for each room. We mainly used the kitchen and pool area for gathering, but the upstairs living room was a nice area if you wanted 2 seperate conversations. Our adult kids had fun with some of the games that were there and had us laughing until our stomachs hurt! There weren't any sheets for the pullout couch, but we had some delivered promptly. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. I would recommend this house to other large groups.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is just as described. It is on a quiet street. A front yard so preschool age kids had a place to play. Also visited three different parks and a small beach all within 15 minutes. Heated pool was excellent. Pool and beach toys were all provided, along with beach chairs. We didn’t use the large cooler in garage but one was there. Kitchen was very well stocked. Multiple pots and pans of any kind along with spices and other staples. WiFi worked, desks in each bedroom for work space. Hostess responded quickly both ahead of time and upon arrival. House clean. As others have said pool area could use some updating but we didn’t mind. Beach towels provided too - a big plus. We used Laundry facilities daily. Great space for six adults and three kids. No hesitation in utilizing again. Eating inside and out. A bit cool when we were there so did more inside. A high chair and full size crib came in handy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here are our comments on this house, we have been renting houses in Cape Coral for more than 20 years, it is this house that has disappointed us the most. It lacks maintenance and cleanliness both inside and outside. In addition, it is infected with a spider outside, it is very unpleasant. The pillows have no protection so there are some that are very dirty. So she was much too expensive for her condition.

Overall, the property suited our needs. Good location, all the amenities we were looking for. Everything was clean and in working order. All our needs from Pots and Pans to towels were available. The only 2 drawbacks were the layout of the house (kind of a weird layout) and the property definitely needed some updating, especially the outside pool area.

Property was in adequate condition. The fact that it was a raised ranch with the resulting set of stairs, was an issue due to the fact that the group age ranged from 66-80.

We stayed at this property for our annual family beach trip. It had plenty of space for each family to be comfortable. We loved the pool and the doc on the canal. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.

I thought it was good as everyone had their own bedroom. I loved that the kitchen was on the ground level so we didn't have to do all the stairs when bringing in groceries. The only negative was the pool said it was starting heated but since it's on the north side of the house doesn't get enough sun to be real warm.

We had a great time! This home is clean, priced well and offers enough space for everyone! We REALLY enjoyed that the check in / out process was sooooo simple and didn't require having to take time out of your vacation to schedule a time to meet with someone, as we've had to do with other rentals; all we had to do was walk in / out!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. Plenty of space, (5 bedrooms!) and beautiful bathrooms. The pool was crystal clear and a great location close to the local grocery and Walmart. Now it is obviously a rental, so definitely not in perfect condition but exactly what we needed to house 5 adults comfortably! Thank you for hosting us!
