This well-presented, first floor apartment is centrally located in Scarborough. Stroll along the golden beach just 7 minutes away, watch the boats in the harbour or explore the clifftop castle, all just a short stroll away.. All on the First Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Parking permit for 1 car included. No smoking. . Set in a Victorian townhouse, on a peaceful crescent overlooking out onto a small green with Oliver’s Mount memorial visible up on the hilltop. You are ideally positioned with Scarborough’s many attractions surrounding you. The communal staircase leads you up to the first floor where you step inside the apartment. The living area is open plan, with large sash windows bathing the room in light. Here you have the well-equipped kitchen, as well as the dining table and two sofas around the Smart TV. There is a selection of DVDs as well as board games ready for cosy nights in together. There are two bedrooms, the master double bedroom, which is very spacious, as well as a bunk bedded room sleeping up to three guests with a double bed on the bottom tier with a single on top. The family shower room is fresh and modern. This is a great choice for families as well as couples.
Here in Scarborough, there are two bays. North Bay Beach sweeps in a crescent lined with colourful beach huts from the Sea Life Centre nearby. You can walk from the North Bay all the way along the promenade to the busier South Bay. Both bays have lovely, large sandy beaches making them perfect for your family holiday. Scarborough Castle as well as the casino and funfair are also on the seafront. Peasholm Park is wonderful to discover, you can hire pedalos and rowing boats to go around the lake and see the stunning oriental gardens.
Scarborough is famous for its theatres, there is an outdoor theatre which stages concerts by some of music’s big names, and then there is the Stephen Joseph Theatre which is famous for the premieres of Alan Ayckbourn’s plays. The Alpamare Waterpark is great for all ages, with its fantastic wave pool and waterslides, as well as a large heated outdoor infinity pool. Keep younger children entertained with the ’splash and play’ area. For adults there is a spa where you can relax and be pampered. The heated outdoor pools are warm enough to enjoy through all seasons. Further along the coast you also have Ravenscar, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, and Bridlington to discover. There is so much to see and do you are sure to be spoilt for choice.
