Me and two couples met from different locations here, Jeff was very friendly and had great communication on getting us in once the cleaners were done. Check in was great because of all of us getting there at separate times and it was easy to get in. The house looked great, only wish we could have stayed longer! Looks like a very nice backyard, sadly, we were there for only one night and didn’t get to use it. We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It’s a clean updated property that was perfect for our trip. The process was easy, the host was pleasant to work with and we enjoyed the big back yard.

Very clean place. Loved the house and the yard. Plenty of room for us to all hang out. Loved how close it was to Fiddlers green as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was close to grocery stores and the highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is located on a cul-de-sac. We felt like we were just living in a different house for the week. The house was clean and bedroom setup with 3 kings was perfect for my family (3 couples and 2 little kids).

This property and its layout was perfect for two small families, each with their own private area. Centrally located for our activities around Denver area.

Spent 3 days here for a concert and a long weekend with family, grandparents and a dog! Great property for all! Backyard was amazing for kids and plenty space for dog to run! It only took us 25 minutes to get to concert at Empower Field on a Friday afternoon…lots of restaurants near by.

We had a good stay at this property! Photos were accurate but the listing was missing a photo of the bunk beds on the bottom floor. However, the owner confirmed that they were there and the bunk beds were nice (kids loved them!). Plenty of linens and pillows, and amenities like soap and kitchen supplies. My only complaints would be that the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom wasn't great and the shower knob was stiff. Yard needed to be mowed but wasn't terribly overgrown. All in all, it was as advertised and a comfortable place to stay for our trip to Denver!

super clean, good location and great for our group of 6 for the weekend. one highlight was the huge yard for the dogs. it's not always easy to find a place as accommodating for the furry friends and we all appreciated this perk. would be happy to stay again when we're back in the area!

Everything was great. The pictures of the house were spot on. The beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, so everyone slept well.
Would definitely stay here again!

Our group enjoyed the house. The backyard was a sweet spot to hang out during the day and for the dogs. Also the neighbor in the back was so friendly and such a nice guy. Everything went well, it was really nice being able to walk back from Fiddlers Green. Wish the kitchen had a sheet pan or pizza pan. Only oven pan there was a muffin tin but other than that we were all pleased. Thanks for the sweet spot to stay!

We really loved our stay at this location. The property was large enough for my big family and still seem spacious.

Housekeeping had not been to the house to wash sheets. BBQ grill was filthy. Took a few phone calls to get things cleaned up.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and convenient to airport. I love that it had all the essentials for cooking. We especially enjoyed the back yard because it was warm that weekend. Nice gathering space for family!

All in all, this was a good place to spend a few days. It had a couple of family spaces and games to enjoy. The air hockey table doesn’t work, the goals don’t stay in place and the air doesn’t float the puck, but that’s fine. The games and puzzles were nice since we were there for a massive snow storm and pretty much were locked in. The yard was a fantastic size to play in all the snow, we had snowball flights and even made a snowman. The upstairs was tidy and seemed pretty clean but the downstairs must have an entirely different “cleaner” and definitely needed attention. Beds were made but I’m certain the bedding was not washed.
As mentioned there was a major snow storm that hit while we were there, a better snow shovel at the property would have helped significantly. We thankfully borrowed the sweet next door neighbor’s equipment, without him we would not have gotten out of the cul-de-sac to catch our flight. Just a side note, the cul-de-sac does not get plowed when it snows. Once you get to the end of the long cul-de-sac, the street is plowed and we were able to safely leave.
The house was fine, the owner was responsive.

We were in town for a funeral and wanted a safe haven to relax. The house itself was nice enough. Amenities... not so much. Told to use black wash cloths. There were none. One hand towel for two bathrooms. No kitchen towels or dishcloths. Bunk beds did not have enough sheets or blankets. Downstairs shower ran out into the bathroom; so, all six of us could only use upstairs shower. No condiments or cooking oil. The ONLY place we have ever stayed without kitchen amenities, including a gift basket. Texted host three times. He said he would get right on it. Finally, called him. Phone was answered and immediately hung up. Left a voice mail. All we got was "thanks for staying. we hope you had a wonderful stay!"

We enjoyed our stay everything was comfortable and lots of room could have used a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans and towels but no big deal, we'll stay here again, thanks!
