Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom retreat nestled in the scenic East Stroudsburg area, just a quick 10-minute drive from the heart of town. Our charming abode is the perfect blend of cozy comfort and entertainment, designed to make your stay unforgettable.
As you approach, you'll be greeted by the inviting expanse of our large front porch, a great spot to relax and savor the tranquil atmosphere. Step inside, and the first floor welcomes you with a warm living room, complete with a wood-burning stove that promises cozy evenings. Our fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, where you can whip up delicious meals to share in the adjacent dining room. For a more laid-back gathering, our sunken living room offers a comfy setting. If you're in the mood for some friendly competition or just looking to unwind, we've got a game room equipped with a TV, arcade games, shuffleboard, and a ping-pong table. Also on the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with convenient laundry facilities. Step out back to discover our newly constructed deck, featuring a gas grill perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining.
Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the serene master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, offering direct access to the adjoining full bathroom. Two more bedrooms await, one featuring a queen-sized bed and the other a cozy full day bed. This layout is perfect for accommodating various group sizes, making our home an ideal choice for families, friends, or even a romantic escape.
Our location offers a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to East Stroudsburg's attractions, ensuring a memorable getaway. Whether you seek relaxation on the porch, bonding time in the game room, or exploring the beauty of the area, our 4-bedroom house is your ideal home away from home. Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire house except the garage, and you can access the home with a smart lock.
Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.
The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
FAQ:
Q: Can we just rent a weekend?
A: Unfortunately due to local regulations we can only offer 30 day rentals. If you want to rent for anything less you can rent the month and use it for any time during that month, but we cannot provide any shorter stay or offer any credit for an unused days.
Q. Can you check in early or check out late?
A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .
