The space
Welcome to the El Yunque Sunset Mountain villa, your luxurious home away from home! Our villa is the perfect place to relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of Puerto Rico.

Our spacious villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom features a double-full bed. With room for up to eight guests, our villa is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, our villa also boasts two modern bathrooms, ensuring that all guests have ample space and privacy during their stay. The fully loaded kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes clean and fresh throughout your stay.

For entertainment, we offer a range of options including Netflix, LG Channels, YouTube, and high-speed Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy hours of fun playing any of the 15,000 retro games available on our gaming system. If you need to catch up on work, there's a small office area where you can set up your laptop and get some work done.

The villa is equipped with a water heater and a 400-gallon water tank, ensuring you'll always have hot water and ample water pressure. For stargazers, we have a telescope available for use, so you can marvel at the night sky from the comfort of your own villa.

Our villa also features security cameras on the outside, giving you an added layer of security and peace of mind during your stay. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to take in the stunning mountain views and enjoy a sunset cocktail. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hammock, or swing away the afternoon on our outdoor swing. And if you're in the mood for a barbecue, the fire pit and BBQ area is the perfect spot to grill up some delicious food.

Additional rules


House Rules

1 - At the checking or checkout time, the guest responsible for the booking should verify that all areas and articles handled are in the same conditions that were received.

2 - If the guest does not comply with the previous rule, the responsible guest will be subject to pay for any damage found on the property or on any lost of articles.

3 - At checkout time, guests must leave clean, the BBQ Grill and kitchen utensils, used during their stay. Also need to bring the garbage outside to the garbage bin.

4 - Smoking in general is not allowed inside the property.

5 - Please do not turn off, handle or touch the wifi router or security cameras system. Cameras on the property are located only outside, for your safety, they are recording 24/7, do not touch or handle the cameras.

6 - Children's are not allowed alone in the pool area and stairs. They should always be supervised by an adult.

7 - Every room has their own mini split, if you are going to use them please close the windows before using.

8 - On emergency situation call 911 first and let us know about it, as soon as you can.

9 - We do not allow invitees to the property, neither parties. There is a maximum of 8 guests in this property and should never be more than 8 people on the property, if there’s more it’s going to be charge of $200 per person per night.

10- Pets are not allowed in our property, at anytime.

11- There is a Telescope in the property, if is used please put the lens caps after using.

12- The main entrance of the property works with an intelligent Keypad which upon your reservation you will receive your own passcode that will work for the length of your stay, also the lock closes automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity, therefore always have your code in hand.
