It doesn’t look that great on the outside but inside is super cute and very clean. Only downside is the water pressure, but that seems to be a common theme with just about every place you can stay.

The Lodge is right on the road so you will hear road noise including truck traffic. Also the directions said to turn right at the Lookout Mountain sign; however, we needed to turn left.

The room was homely with a touch of vintage. The beds were so comfortable that I and my friend fell right to sleep. Close to places to eat and attractions like Rock City

The password system was not fun. I wanted to check in early but it took two phone calls to do it. No staff on site. By the road, dıesn't feel safe. Room is nice and clean, has everything you need. Not dissapointed but won't go again.

We had a fabulous time. The Lodge was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. Coffee was provided as well as simple eating utensils. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. The dispenser for body wash was empty. I was going to text them to ask for some, but before I could they texted me to make sure everything was ok. Once I told them someone was there within 30 minutes. Some of the other reviews mention how close the lodges are to the road, as most of them stated, traffic noise really was no issue. It was not really fancy, very simple and comfortable. But we had activities planned and a room with pools and weight rooms and such were not any thing we would have used. Why spend $175-300/night and basically only sleep in the room. I would stay here again and recommend to a family or friend. And it’s SO close to everything you might want to do

Amazing Stay – Exceeded Expectations!
I recently stayed at The Lodge at Lookout Mountain and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I we arrived at the property we were completely in shock from the views there and the views driving in. The check-in process is super smooth and quick over text. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The attention to detail throughout the cabin was impressive, from the quality of the linens to the luxurious toiletries provided.
What truly made the stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything we needed.

We stayed in room #3, which was decorated so cute and retro! We loved the comfy bed, the turquoise mini fridge, and microwave, and was pleasantly surprised by the Keurig with plenty of K-cups, creamer, sugar, etc!!
The only negative at all is that the complex is right on a busy highway, so the traffic created a lot of noise. We just turned the fan on the H/A unit, which drowned it out.
Overall, we were very pleased with the room, the complex (my husband took a nice nap out back by the firepit), and for the price, we will definitely be back in the future!!

Pretty good for the price! The beds are very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have would be to put a mini split in instead of the window unit.

It was a great stay. The room was comfortable and loved the retro furnishings. Very convenient to Lookout Mountain/Ruby Falls.

Very cute motel. Meets all needs. Great location

We only stayed one night so the room served it's purpose. However, it was SO small, an extended stay would not have been comfortable.
the bathroom was so small I wasn't sure if my husband would be able to get in the shower.
Other than the size, the room was extremely clean and for a quick one night stay close to Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain, it was sufficient.

The property was right on the side of the road and kind of sneaks up on you but is defintely as pictured. Inside it is adorable, updated and very clean. I was a little worried that with as close the the road as we were, we would hear the traffic but it was quiet. We even enjoyed the firepit area in the evening. The property was very responsive with questions and went above and beyond. The location was away from the city enough to give you the mountain feel but close enough to get a quick uber to local restaurants.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I on our weekend getaway. Very clean, cute decor, well supplied and comfortable. Location was great for sightseeing at ruby falls and lookout mountain , and a quick 5-10 min drive to downtown for dinner and drinks . We would use again .

Great location. Super easy to check in and out (keyless). We stayed an extra day and they were very accommodating! Emailed request because the office was closed and got a response immediately! Our room was clean. Loved the king size bed but it does take up most of the room! We are planning another trip in the spring and will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay!! Close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was quick to answer any questions via text, which was great. Would stay again. Quick drive to downtown and really quick drive to Ruby Falls.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. Communication from the management/owners was prompt and professional. It was everything we needed for a romantic weekend. Our only small dislike was the proximity to a busy road. At times it was very loud BUT the noise maker with different sounds provided some white noise to help drown it out. The location away from downtown made it peaceful. This is a great place for couples or a professional traveler to get away. Beds were super soft and comfy.

This place was adorable, clean and cozy, and I loved the retro decor! The property backs up to a beautiful “woods”, so you almost get the feeling you’re “flaming”. really liked the fact that there was a barbeque area and a fire pit. The Lodge is conveniently close to Lookout Mountain and other popular attractions, as well as markets, shopping and restaurants.
These are my only notes: the property sits on a busy highway so a heads-up about that would be helpful for first-time guests. It wasn’t too bad once in the room though. I also didn’t see a detailed list of amenities on the site so wasn’t sure if there was a coffeemaker. Also instructions in the room for using the fire pit would be helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was the perfect spot! Highly recommend!

It was a sister trip and we loved the room. The air worked GREAT, which is EXTREMELY important to my sisters and me. The room was cute and the beds were AMAZING!! We will definitely stay again. Every time I had a question, it was answered promptly. It didn't matter that there was not staff on the property. The only thing we thought of was that there be bigger trash cans and a light be put over the sink to see better in the kitchenette, and a paper towel holder. These are very minor details. It was worth the money!

The area is really close to Ruby Falls. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. It's right along the road but it's still quiet.

Room was nicely updated and beds were very comfortable. Shower sliding doors were off the tracks and tried fixing but couldn’t. It is very close to the road so could hear it in the morning. Overall a great spot to stay when exploring Chattanooga and the surrounding area. Will definitely stay here again.

Deor was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had to buy an extra blanket for the bed, the bed cover was really thin. Shower was really small. Needed instructions on channels for tv. Could not find local channels.

Exterior needs some cleaning but indoors was super nice!

Charming from afar, but leaves something to be desired. The window unit air conditioner didn’t chill the room. The weather stripping around the door was falling apart. We found a couple of roaches in the room. It was evident that there had been a giant hole in the wall that was poorly patched.
The room wasn’t the worst I have stayed in, but I won’t be back. For nearly $150 per night (advertised at $88/night) after fees, we expected much more than we got. The ceiling fan in the room looked and sounded as if it was about to become detached: it was very loud and wobbled a lot! Also, the propane fueled fire pit out back was out of propane.
Great amenities advertised, none in great or working condition.

The room was simple and exactly what we like.

Our stay was great. Location was close to everything. The only complaint is the air conditioner is too small for the room. It was very hot while we were there so it was having to work too hard.

Experience was great, only thing that was not great was the cleanliness of the floors. They definitely needed to be mopped. We also appreciate being allowed a late check out.

It was very nice, well stocked with items you expected to have. It was very close to most all the attractions we chose to visit. The host had the air on before we arrived so the room was nice and cool. Then the added personal touch,,, we got a text everyday asking how everything was and if we needed anything.
Thanks, we will be back.
