Everything *looked* nice, I appreciated the fridge/microwave/stove in the room but there was LITERALLY nothing to eat with or use with them. No silverware, cookware, not even a coffee maker or kettle. Also, I didn’t see a single water fountain, the tap water tasted HORRENDOUS and the vending machine was broken so there was no way to get drinkable water within the hotel. I even asked and was told no. Also, a friend of mine recommended that if I was going to use the tub in a hotel to clean it first and I am so glad I listened, the rag was coming up super icky and there was even hair all over the tub. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of every other part of the room… the fridge also made a horrible squealing noise for most of the night, slept with my earplugs in. Over all I was not impressed. Bed was comfy, glad I had a microwave, that’s about it.

This hotel fit our needs for our 2 night stay in Ft Collins. It was clean and it was a very secure hotel. The front desk staff was amazing

Room was clean, but not comfortable at all. Had a funny smell and the mattress was horrible. If you need a place to just sleep it was adequate, but you would not want to hang out there.

More than adequate. The room was clean as was the remainder of the property.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in for the price. The amenities were bare…no conveniences in room not even a warm enough blanket. The air “freshener” in the room was so strong that it was repulsive, and I’m wondering if this property served as a halfway house given the caliber of other guests that were there. I left a night early without a refund because I felt so uncomfortable.

Super gross rooms. First room smelled like cigarettes, dirt and trash on floor and a very weird stain on the floor that looked like dried blood. Second room smelled pike urine. We were granted a late check out by the loveky front desk person since we got there at 4am, but we lett at 1030 because the room was disgusting.

So far so good. It is clean and comfortable and has the features I need.

We did not stay at this " extended stay" hotel as the guests there were " basically" homeless folks. Lobby was as far as we got, woman being evicted there in lobby with all of her worldly goods, obviously very distressed. Lobby employee did grant us a cancellation,...

Super convenient location right off of I25. Room has a stove top, fridge, microwave, counter space for cooking. Plenty of towels for our stay. Blankets were on the lighter/thinner side but we just brought our own in. The doors to the rooms do close pretty hard so you can hear other rooms when guests go in and out. Plenty of parking with a small gated dog area. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend to others

Stay was great! Clean and modern room. Fair prices. Staff was always there 24/7. Housekeeping works hard all day everyday and were very kind. Dwight is a hardworking manager that takes care of everything. He is always kind, patient and smiles no matter what the days brings him. Thank you to Dwight and the staff of Wood Spring!

After having such a horrible experience at a wood spring suites we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed the manager was absolutely wonderful we were treated with such kindness 😊❤️ and our room was perfect I called before booking online and asked if I could get a room on the bottom floor if one was available since I had a service dog with me and they were able to get me a room on the first floor by The doors the only issue that I had with this hotel is the kids riding bikes and scooters up and down the hallway that's a no-go for me I'm disabled and have a service animal and I opened up my door in about got taken out by five kids that has nothing to do with the hotel so I'm not leaving a bad review on their part I just don't think it should be allowed kids riding bikes and scooters up and down the hallways and the parents shouldn't allow their kids to do that especially when you have other paying guests there's plenty of room outside for the kids to play which they did a lot of screaming and yelling and banging on my hotel room window 😳 and there was a lot of homeless people just posted up in front of the hotel from morning to the night screaming and yelling and abusing their kids we had to go down and tell the mom to come get her kids because they were down on the whole other end of the parking lot in the street I'm just kind of confused as to what the situation was with these people out front all day with babies 🤔🤔🤔

Pretty decent to stay at. Clean but had holes in the bathroom door and bath tub but it wasn't dirty. Service was great. Bring your own toiletries as they were not the greatest. Large fridge, stove top, and microwave in the room.

We were really frustrated to find out that this is an extended stay hotel, which we were not expecting and is not listed as such on Expedia website. Our room had dog hair on the sheets and was right next to the automatic locking doors that shook the entire room every time someone went in or out. We could hear the neighbors every move upstairs and got no sleep. We ended up having to leave early. The staff was friendly enough but when we asked to be moved away from the locking door we were told “that’s just the way it is”. It’s a brand new hotel so it looks really nice, but poorly built and does not provide a restful place to stay. WiFi is extremely limited unless you pay for a plan, no breakfast or any amenities. Had a very small workout area, which we did not use. No daily housekeeping and no amenities you would normally expect from a hotel.

Horrible place to stay, people on top floors kept stomping on the floor making loud noises in the middle of the night. House keeping is only done every 15 days which is very inconvenient. Don’t recommend this place

They are supposed to clean your room bi weekly and it wasn't cleaned at all the entire time i was there i had set my trash can outside the door to have it emptied, instead of it being taken care of, i was woken up from sleeping at about 11:40pm and i was told by the lady with red hair i could not leave it out in the hall and i had to bring it back inside my room, mind you i was half asleep being woken up the lady was very impatient and would not give me any time to focus, she told me it was a fire hazard to set it in the hall way as well. I have never had this happen to me and I stay in alot of hotels due to my job requires me to travel. I will not stay here ever again the room was clean when i got there the entire motel seemed to be clean the price was reasonable, but the service from this lady was wrong, very rude and no respect.

When we turned on the shower the front desk called and said it was leaking into the room below us. They opened another room just for us to shower in and it was dirty.

Hotel is loud in a.m. because of contract workers staying there

Our room was clearly not cleaned, the floor in the room had sticky wet areas as well as in the bathroom. There were areas that needed to be cleaned and moped, it was also very noisy and there were people staying next door that seemed a little suspicious, they would be outside when we got back but opened the door for us and looked like they wanted to see what room we went into.

Dwight and his staff really made this stay for me! I had to alter my length several times as I was looking for a new place to live, they worked super hard to adjust to what I needed and still give me an amazing rate. The place is secure, new, and clean. Everything about it is great! I can’t recommend this place high enough!

Upon first impressions of this hotel, front security was okay. Getting into the room was another story. Once we entered the room we could not close the door all the way. While trying to sleep, we were able to hear the people next to us like they were in the same room. Do not drink the water out of the tap. The water tasted so metallic it was disgusting. And the water was so bad it make our daughter sick the entire night. The pipes for the shower were not secured to the stud behind the wall. The window was not fully sealed as we could hear the howling of the wind all night long. And the floors were disgusting, after wiping a baby wipe on the floor, it came up brown. Honestly if there was one more thing wrong with our stay, I would’ve asked for my money back. It feels like the inspector for the building was inspecting the building at 5 o’clock on a Friday in a hurry to get to old Chicago for drinks. Looks are very deceiving at this hotel. Not the best stay.
