I liked that it was self contained, it had everything we needed.
The pull out bed was broken with a dirty sheet on it, We pulled it out to watch the TV as it could only be seen from there, and the sofa isn't very comfortable to sit on. I didn't like the privacy glass on the front doors. The grout in the shower could do with a clean.

Lovely annexe, enough room for 2 people, everything you need.
Location was about 20 minutes walk a bit too far from amenities. Nice pub in the Cambrian but closed early on Sundays and closed on Monday, so had to walk into the town.

It was very clean and great space saving ideas incorporated into a small space.
I didn’t realise the bedroom wasn’t separate so I was taken aback slightly by the fold down bed situation as photos are misleading. Place Felt cold but on request the host did put the heating on for me, it is controlled from within the main house. What frustrated me was I felt this could all of been explained on my arrival. I wasn’t made to feel very welcome at all and it upset me being a solo traveller , I bumped into who I assume was the host on arrival but I was just almost not spoken to. Tried to make conversation again but still it wasn’t two way and didn’t ask how my stay was going . Felt check out at 9am was ridiculously early and I felt stressed out by this deadline.

The location was fabulous, even had sky tv. Beautiful local walks. Friendly locals. Beautiful nearby beach. Lots of choice eating out. Fantastic local restaurant. A variety of watersports to indulge in. Very helpful owner.
This is being very picky but the only issue i could find to be not happy with is that too many cars share same driveway, also the property is advertised as being soundproofed, but you do get a lot of noise from upstairs holidaymakers.

Location was excellent

Helpful host. Excellent self catering facilities. Very comfortable.
Fold away bed was okay but not ideal.

Everything. Clean, fresh, modern, lovely decor, everything you need for a stay away from home- perfect
That we couldn’t stay longer

Breakfast was not included in the room rate .
There was however tea, coffee provided and salt and pepper .
I would suggest that a pint of fresh milk or even UHT pots would be a welcome addition though , so that one can at least make a hot drink on arrival without having to immediately go to the shop ( albeit the campsite shop is only opposite and very well stocked with everything one could need !)
Everything was great , except I personally didn’t find the bed overly comfortable!

Everything.
The pictures are very deceiving
It's far too small for a family to stay in.
The bedding smelt of food and foist.
We wasted £91
The landlord has not responded to my last message, when he asked if we recieved the key ok.
Very unprofessional
I drove 4 hrs in total, to just use the bathroom and then turn round and drive straight back home.
My sister came from Manchester and it was a treat to her which we had been looking forward too since we booked it.
Such a disappointment 😪

The location was perfect, close enough to walk into the main town and far enough to be away from the noise. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The towels, including the tea towel, were of a great quality. We didn't use many kitchen utensils but there is everything you can think of needing.
There wasn't any toilet paper provided, we were lucky my partner insists on a particular type and therefore we brought our own. I don't fault the owner for this though, sometimes things are overlooked/forgotten.

Breakfast n/a. Would've appreciated some milk as tea and coffee were supplied.
Great location

All spotlessly clean and everything you meeded
