3.5
The location was great to hike in the area and visit Verbier. The chalet itself was nice with 4 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), a well equipped kitchen, and a cozy mountain atmosphere.
The bunkbed room is much too small for 4 adults to stay comfortably as there is no room to move around or put luggage. There is a tenant renting the apartment below who came upstairs to complain about the noise both nights we stayed there despite the fact that we were not making any noise beyond the regular talking and moving about of 10 adults in the chalet and had already made a big effort to ensure all windows and doors were closed from 10 pm onwards to reduce any noise as is the norm in Switzerland. His demeanour was very rude and aggressive and he would not engage with us when we tried to ask exactly what he was hearing so we could improve the situation. That was a major disappointment and something the host should discuss with the tenant as it is unimaginable to expect 10 adults to be silent and not move around in the evenings.

Cosy chalet with a well equipped kitchen in a handy location (easy access to cable car up to Verbier and beyond). Hosts were very helpful and provided local information, help with booking restaurants and ski lockers etc.
Property has dedicated parking spot, but this can be difficult to access if other cars park outside their designated spaces. Upper 2 bedrooms are under the eaves and have sloping ceilings which may be an issue for the tall.

- it was very hot and as such difficult to sleep the day we arrived but to be fair it had been a 30C day.
