It's not just the beautiful beach - only five blocks away - that will keep you entertained at this lovely, light-filled house in Seaside. Enjoy all sorts of at-home fun as well, including a private hot tub, a backyard firepit, and a garage game room outfitted with Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and darts.
This two-story home enjoys a fantastic location on the south end of Seaside, just a five-block stroll from the beach and the Seaside Promenade. There's so much within walking distance here, including the Seaside Golf Course (half a block down the street), the Tillamook Head Trail (one mile), and the bustling restaurants, shops, and entertainment along Broadway Street (one mile). Gearhart, Cannon Beach, and Ecola State Park are all less than eight miles away as well.
After a gorgeous day spent surfing, boogie boarding, or beachcombing, walk home to unwind and reconnect in the backyard. Light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, gather around the firepit at sunset, and slip into the hot tub to stargaze from its bubbly warmth.
The interior has an easy, modern charm about it. Set up board games at the dining room table, stream movies on the living room's smart TV, and prepare meals in the sleek, well-equipped kitchen with your sous chefs seated at the breakfast bar. Save the evening hours for movies and family tournaments in the garage game room as the day's swimsuits and towels spin in the washer/dryer.
At night, you'll find the bedrooms all upstairs with two additional Pack 'N Plays provided for your use. We ask our guests to be mindful that no dogs are allowed upstairs. The gate is meant to prevent access. Thank you.

Place was great
Barbecue was rusted and had no propane called the service people, and they were very gracious and brought a new barbecue and a new propane tank
Hot tub was excellent
All the rooms are upstairs in the stairs are very narrow to go up
I don’t think I would stay there again, even though it was nice

BEDBUGS! Unfortunately after our first night there, we had to pack all our belongings in garbage bags, buy chemicals to try and kill any bed bugs that may be in our suitcases or on our clothings and find a new place to stay for the rest of our vacation (we had flown in from out of state). Vacasa would not relocate us. One of our kids was bit by a bed bug and one member of our family isolated two bed bugs crawling across her pillow.

Great house and outdoor space. The garage space is awesome!!

Loved the house, it’s style and comforts. The weather forecast predicted mostly rain so we anticipated using the game room. However, the rain didn’t pour and it was partly sunny for our stay and we enjoyed walks along the beach sidewalk and grassy dunes to and from Seaside’s main street. It was a great stay! I must insist, however, that a light above the dining room table ought to be a “must have” in future. The hot tub was certainly a perk and much appreciated! We would certainly consider staying here in the future.

We really liked the game room in the garage and the hot tub. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the appliances were newer. It had older house charm and was cozy

Great place to stay, comfortable , clean, and pet friendly. Lots to do, close to the beach, game room and hot tub were a plus. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time, and the couple issues we had were handled quickly. Had to call to get the gameroom code, even after asking for it ahead of time. Beds were amazing, decor was nice. Overall i would recommend staying here.

Location was good, hot tub and game room were nice. Other than that, the house was not cleaned very well. There were sugar ants and fruit flies. The bathrooms need updated badly. For how much the property rents for, those things need addressed. Also, in the listing description there is a fire out and bbq. They had 5 propane tanks for those things, all of which were empty. Vacasa said that they didn’t provide propane for that location. So, they need to either put that in the description, or don’t use those as an amenity that is provided. Would we rent again? No.

Game room was a big hit! Nice private back yard. Older house but remodeled very nicely. Would definitely go back.
Thank you.

Came here for a weekend with college friends. The pictures look better than the real life version. The place was decently clean, there were things here and there that could have been cleaner. For the price point I would’ve chosen to stay somewhere else.
The barn door in the spare bedroom could use some repair as it doesn’t close all the way, and the towel holder in the bathroom upstairs was coming out of the wall, there was no light in the dining room over the table, we had to replace multiple burnt out lights on the porch and in the bedroom.

House is in a fairly quiet neighborhood located about 5 blocks to the popular promenade. We had a problem with check in because the game room code wasn’t provided. I picked the house because of the game room. We called the general Vacasa number and were on hold for about 30 minutes so hung up and used the text method. We received a text saying that amenity wasn’t included with the house. Meanwhile, we called the local number and received the game room (located in the garage) code. There were only two kitchen garbage bags and one small roll of paper towels so bring your own if you need more. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the provided board games. The house fit our needs perfectly and we had a great time with family. We would use the house again in the future
