With 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rooms, a full kitchen and large dinning and living area, plus quick access to Moody beach, this home was perfect for our multi-generation family of 6 adults and 4 young children. We plan to stay again.

they say its 5 minute walk to the beach and it is but they dont say that all of moody beach is private ! no one is allowed on the beach except those who own Prop. on water front,, the house was not as clean as it should , no tables out side furniture for eating, towels to small, cabinets had so much grease on them. plenty of bed rooms and bath rooms. would not stay there again!!!

One of the best beach vacations we have had. The house was large enough to fit everyone comfortably- 8 adults 6 children ages 3-12. Proximity and daily walk to beach was easy, especially with the beach wagons provided. Plenty of extra towels and kitchen items. Many trash bins and easy private pick up of the trash accumulated from a large group. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Great to find a rental house this size. Kitchen is well supplied and there are beach carts to carry provided beach chairs and toys the short walk to the beach

7 days was not enough. Our family had such a memorable trip. The house met all our vacationing and hosting needs. Small matter that needed attention when we checked in that Richard contacted me immediately to resolve. Quiet, homey neighborhood with gorgeous views of the salt marsh. We spent most of our time down the street at Worth Beach (Ogonquit) and it was so convenient. Thanks again for the memories!

The house is beautiful, lots of room for everyone to find a spot and relax. The hot tub was a nice added touch and enjoyed by all. Lots to see and do within miles of the house. We walked to the beach and enjoyed our time listening to the waves and looking for shells.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Wells area. Quick walk to the beach as well as a close drive to all the shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were super comfy! Thanks again!

This is the perfect place for a large group! It was nice to have 2 living rooms to spread out in and a dining room table large enough to fit everyone! My family enjoyed the hot tub and many walks to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our family. It was spotless and had everything we needed!! Check in was super easy and anything questions were answers via text quickly. The host and local contact were extremely responsive and super friendly and helpful. The house was a quick walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus on the chilly nights!! Would love to stay again!! Highly recommend!!

The owner was very easy to get a hold, polite, and had an amazing home he shared with us. The house was great and a winter stroll on an empty beach was really fun. The hot tub after was even better.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my whole family. Hot tub was an awesome amenity as well! We also had to stay late on our last day due to the Blizzard and Richard was able to accommodate our request. Highly recommend!

We had a tremendous experience at this property. Property Manager communicated with us instantly on two occasions that we needed to reach out to them. In an extraordinary moment of service, one of our family members left behind clothing in a dresser drawer. The property manager made it a point to stay in touch with us and is delivering those clothes to us via mail. Can’t say enough good things. Book the house, you won’t regret it.

Fabulous, clean property located walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is wonderful and we really enjoyed the hospitable neighbors as we walked daily during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had our 20 something/ 30 something kids and spouses with one infant for 4 days join us to celebrate a post elopement. We had plenty of bedrooms and the extended table was perfect! Location is amazing … the house with two sitting areas is helpful. Hot tub was a hit on rainy fall days!

We had a great time at this 7 Bedroom house in Wells Maine. The house was spotless well equipped and large enough to accommodate our 12 family members. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to Vacation in this area.

We had an awesome time at Moody Beach and this house served our two families very well. Everything has been remodeled including excellent Mitsubishi ductless mini-splits that kept the house cool since we hit a very hot week in Maine. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and definitely up there on our top houses we've rented for having a great kitchen. The only issue we had was the outside shower had a big leak, but within an hour there was a plumber at the house fixing the issue so we could wash off after spending time at the beach. Also, the location one block from Ocean Ave is quite nice for kids since the road has almost no traffic on it, which made it ideal for our kids to use their scooters and strider bikes. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to visit again soon.

This house is perfect! It is fully equipped and more. The location is about 15 minutes walk from the public beach but you can go by car to the parking and drop your things. The house was clean at our arrival and the neighborhood is calm. Will definitively go back!

My family and I truly had a bless ! The house is spotless and PERFECT for small group. All 7 rooms are spacious and comfy. We truly fell in love with the place and already talking about renting it again next. The house and the owner are really welcoming and did a fantastic job. The house was wonderful. So close to the beach. Very easy to travel to either Ogunquit or Kennebunk Port. The house was very clean and well stocked. Great AC. The neighborhood was great. The hot tub was a nice way to end the night. I would book it again definitely! It was a great find.

Great space for large family! Very clean with a bonus of AC in every room! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor shower/hose for those sandy toes. Short walk to public access, I recommend a beach wagon and it's no problem. Would absolutely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood.
