The room was super clean and the position was super!
The breakfast was complete and full of everything you can ask for.
All the products were Bio and really great.
The only thing that can be a bit better is the garage since is a bit small for autos.
If you have a SUV the entrance is a bit tight.

Nice and green thinking👍😜

It's functional. Compared to other accomodations around there it looked OK. The parking options are excellent. I can't comment on the breakfast because I didn't have it.
Mildew in the shower and a hair in the corner of the shower. I didnt feel it was particularly clean but I'm really fussy about that (as I should be! You're sharing that space with how many humans? Clean is important!)
Fabric headboards freak my mind as well as they are never washed. Lots of marks on the walls and I didnt touch the curtains, they were gross. The view from my side of the building was not great. I didnt go on the balcony at all.
If you're looking for a family holiday in August with millions of people, then the location is for you. I felt like I was in a massive holiday park. I wouldn't return to this part of Lake Garda again. I think I'm more of a lake Como girl. The hotel was fitting for the holiday park feel. So if that's your thing... you might like it :)

The hotel staff was very nice, the breakfest was diverse and we really liked the infused water and fruites availble at the lobby. The hotel is at a quite spot, yet not far from the beach, grocery store, bike rental etc, and there is also a great pizza place nearby. They also support local producers and that's great.

Location was good, staff great.
Even understanding the issue of the not existing air conditioning, then you should not advertise it. The air in the room and the hotel was pretty bad.
Wouldn’t choose it when it’s that hot in summer.

Very small room, small parking places but it way always possible to park somewhere

The stuff was friendly, the room very clean and the breakfast was good. They had cereals and fresh fruits etc, more then only sweet stuff that you typically find as breakfast in Italy.
The location was nice, a little bit outside from the busy area but also close by
Somehow was always noisy in the morning. The walls are like paper, there was no announce silence time, so at 7 in the morning the stuff where cleaning other rooms or the other guests were not interested to keep it a little quite on the hall way
Also, being an eco hotel, the AC was set by default on 19 degrees, energy eco. Unfortunately on a really hot summer day that it is really not enough

Location, breakfast, that it is biological, rooms,
wifi does not even let a WhatsApp message go out, but staff tried to have it fixed (unsuccessful), room wasn’t ready at check-in and staff wasn’t helpful here, many little things were less good than last time

Used as stopover for one night. Great location as only a few minutes walk to restaurants and lake. Parking was available on site and adequate breakfast.

We had really nice stay. Bed was so comfortable and staff nice and helpfull. The room was really lovely!
Unfortunatelly due to covid restriction we had to have breakfast in special time zone after 9am and there was like half of the breakfast menu.. we were sad about that because the food looked delicious :(
