Owner was very pleasant and very communicative. Property was new, very clean and very tidy. For a 3 (or potentially 4) person stay, it was very reasonably priced.
We arrived later than we had initially said and so the heating had gone off. The following morning however, it was very cold -
the radiators were cold although the towel radiator in the bathroom was warm. The shower was very weak.

Julie was a great host, very chatty over breakfast. The location is excellent if you want to travel around Kent or visit National Trust locations such as Sissinghurst. Good pub (The John Brunt) and curry House (Simla) 15 minutes walk into town.
