About this house rental
Welcome! A characterful house perfect for friends, families or business visitors.
Super location in a quiet one-way street, short walk to both Poole Quay and High Street. Watch the fishing boats land their catch, try your hand at crabbing, sip coffee on the waterfront or take a boat trip around the harbour. Easy drive to attractions and beautiful sandy beaches.
Open plan downstairs with high-speed WiFi and smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs toilet and shower room. Patio doors leading to sunny, enclosed rear courtyard. Outbuilding in which you are welcome to store your bikes, paddleboards etc.
Main bedroom with king (5’) bed, second bedroom with two 3' single beds, stairs to third bedroom with king bed. 100% cotton bed linen. Luxury bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Bath and beach towels provided.
Driveway parking for one car. Note larger cars may prefer to reverse in, and may only be able to open the doors on one side once parked. We can also provide a free street parking permit (unallocated) for an additional car; just ask!
Arrive at your convenience. Keys will be waiting for you in the keysafe at the house.
Children very welcome; high-chair, travel cot and bed guard rail on request.
For remote workers, we can set up a large office desk and chair in the main bedroom; just ask! There is a also a smaller desk and chair in the loft bedroom.
We make sure the house is sparkling clean using eco-friendly cleaning products. Linens are laundered at high temperature using non-bio detergent.
ENJOY the beach with no parking worries! During the busy summer season, we offer you a free parking space on the clifftop directly above Branksome Dene, a beautiful sandy beach 15 minutes’ drive away (during low season there is plenty of free on-street beach parking).

We had a wonderful weeks stay, the photographs dont do the property justice. It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with everything we could need and the location was perfect. The added extra of the free parking for the nearby beach was very much appreciated. The hosts are very helpful and responded quickly to any communication. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was simply wonderful, clean, bright and easily found. A lovely period house it had everything we needed for our break with daughter and two grandsons. Some additional touches (beverages/milk/biscuits/choc and best of all a lovely bottle of wine) along with the welcome message were all appreciated. Only thing was we struggled with temperature of second shower so some idea of how this works BEFORE getting under the water might be good. Just a small thing. Location to Poole town and harbour were fab and we would certainly recommend this home. thanks - Linda & Steve

I have stayed in about a dozen Vrbo properties. This was the most pleasant. Extremely well appointed. It had everything. Spotlessly clean as well. comfy beds. simply the best
