This is an exceptional holiday rental which is part of a spacious residential villa with views of Lake Como. In the magical atmosphere of the large flowering garden, it is easy to get away from everyday life. Also, the adjacent forest, where a cascade floats in a ravine, brings well-being.
The country villa sits on a southern slope at the edge of a small authentic village above Argegno, halfway between Como and Menaggio. The three-room apartment is large and bright. The view from the terrace on the lake, in the mountains and in the garden is splendid. This place gives off something wonderful whose attraction, we can not escape.
LIVING ROOM (30 m2)
The living room has 4 glazed doors to the south and 2 glazed doors to the west which gives access to the terrace. The next room with the open kitchen. The sphere of relax is furnished with 2 comfortable chairs, chair and a large matching table. The dining area is furnished with an oval table, marble and a sideboard next to the kitchen.

TERRACE (18 m2)
The terrace is distinguished by an extraordinary view of the picturesque landscape, the lake and behind the hill Nuvolone near Bellagio and in addition, the mountain Grigne near Varenna. Italian mocha machines for espresso are available and in addition, there is a filter coffee machine. A kettle and teapots complete the equipment. The dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and canopy are numerous to fill the dishwasher.

BEDROOM WITH DOUBLE BED (18 m2)
The bedroom has a large bed 1.80 m wide and 2 m long which is furnished with two mattresses and two slatted frame, which ensure excellent quality of sleep. A closet and nightstands with bedside lamp complete the room. In addition, there is a television on the wall.
Two glazed doors to east and two to the south illuminate the room. A shutter sliding in the walls and camouflaging curtains prevent being awakened by the rising sun.

SECOND BEDROOM or a room for reading, rest, TV, music (22 m2)
This room has towards the terrace a large window and a glass door and a double window towards west with shutters sliding in the walls. The room is furnished with 2 single beds of 0. 90 m wide and 2 m long, which have quality mattresses and slats. By putting the padding and cushions the daybed turns into a sofa. A satellite television, tables with different heights, chairs, reading lamps and bedside complete the room.
The fourth bed is stored behind the slippery doors of the storage room. That way, holidaymakers who do not need can enjoy an extra living space.

SHOWER ROOM
This room is equipped with a glass shower, toilet, bidet and sink with a small wall cabinet and mirror. A hair dryer is available.

The property of more than 2000 m2 is planted with a considerable diversity of shrubs, perennial plants and trees. The plants and flowers selected have the goal of decorating the holidays with colors from Easter to October. The flowering garden is next to a forest, where a waterfall dabbles in a ravine, which seems to diffuse also a special energy. In addition, the land borders gardens with houses, a barn with a meadow.

The most important sites nearby are: Comacina Island in Ossuccio, Lenno with superb bay and Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Bellagio with Villa Melzi, Menaggio and Varenna with Villa Monastero, Como with Cathedral and Cernobbio.

A swimming pool is located 10 minutes drive in the Lido of Argegno waterfront and in San Fedele (also 10 minutes drive) is a indoor swimming pool.
