Welcome to Tiki Beach! This three-level rental offers six bedrooms and five and a half baths, perfect for family reunions. Just down the street is the nearest beach access, and a trolley stop two minutes away can take you to all the attractions Anna Maria Island has to offer.
Start your day on the rooftop deck with stunning beach views, then relax in the backyard with a heated pool and spa. The covered patio features an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and plush seating, perfect for entertaining.

Inside, the bright open living space includes a modern seating area with a Smart TV, a dining table for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for family meals. Tiki Beach is designed for large gatherings, offering four luxurious suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a bath. Each room is tastefully decorated with beach-themed decor and has its own TV for added comfort.

-Fourth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
-Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and jack-n-jill bath with shower and tub combo
-Sixth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Twin bunk and jack-n-jill bath with shower and tub combo
The ground floor game room features a ping pong table, foosball, and a table for board games. You'll also find beach chairs, a wagon, and a washer and dryer for convenience.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This luxury amenity provides you with high-quality linens; including bedding, bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology.
This property does not allow pets of any kind.
4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please see our Anna Maria Vacations Rental Policies for full details.
