This house was the perfect size and very clean, close to shopping and just the right size to have a small Thanksgiving Holiday and my grandsons 1st Bday. I would recommend and will probably stay here next year.

About 10-15 minutes from downtown Sacramento, the location was good. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen but everything else was kind of outdated. Most of the windows don't have screens, the ones that do have holes in them and we had a mosquitos problem inside because of that.
The kitchen was not well equipped. The master bedroom has a double door that doesn't close properly and at night it kept slamming on itself waking everyone in the house.
Overall, the house was clean enough but not very clean.

We were in town visiting family and this place was perfect for my all ages crew. Lots of sleeping space for my large family. A beautiful kitchen and backyard for having our family over for dinner and games. I’d recommend it to anyone (though if you have a young mobile baby, I’d plan for baby gates on the stairs. My toddler didn’t have any problem, she just turned 2 but younger ones might need the barrier). Couches were comfortable and the beds as well. Lots of games for us to play and a stash of toys in an upstairs closet, always a fun surprise. Thanks for helping us have a good visit!
