We had 6 adults to stay in the house and young people. We was able to park our RV camper at the property. The carport and driveway had space to park my 8 passenger SUV and the RV camper and that was a plus since there is no street parking. The yard and house was immaculate. The host had more than enough amenities, towels and etc… The host fee is $250.00 and a service fee of $65.00. I disagree with all the fees that cost more than to stay at the place. Vrbo needs to change the excessive fees that don’t make sense. The host on Vrbo will say pet friendly and up to 2 pets less than 50lbs each, but fail to mention they will charge you in addition for it. The host now wanted $130.00 in addition for the pets. Remind you we have a camper rv where we are staying in as well and utilizing. We did not leave no trash, we stripped all sheets off each bed, folded the bed spreads and started the dishwasher and washer with a load of dishes and white towels. We did not leave no pet mess or nothing. The place was left in superb condition and we still paid host fees and service fees. I am a very clean person so these fees should be negotiable and reasonable if anything. I wish people would return my place like I did with the host that does the most with fees. Give me back some of the fees to cover additional fees that was not printed or listed to after the fact of renting. The host added something in Spanish that listed $130.00. House was spacious and nice though. Fix these fees
