5 adults had a wonderful time at this property! It was well decorated, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking to downtown Golden, tubing down the river, and hanging out at the house. Our trip culminated in a short trip to Red Rocks for an unbelievable concert!

Well appointed and thoughtful decor. This house was great for our stay and very easy to access downtown Golden. Kids got lucky as it snowed the day before our arrival so they had fresh snow to play in out front! Host is very responsive.

We stayed a week through the Thanksgiving holidays. The place seems brand new- very clean and all the necessary amenities. Location is a block from the main drag, and a pleasant walk to cafes, Safeway, and a walk along the river. I booked it along with other properties for other travel and I confused myself when I saw the actual qThe advertised daily rate is more than reasonable, but the price we finally paid was much higher.

Home is as advertised; newly remodeled and clean to high standards. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had zero complaints. This home does not disappoint and will become a favorite for many, so book when/if you can before it becomes very hard to get, as the price was less than affording 2 quality hotel rooms in the Boulder area to accommodate my family, and a much better experience for family gathering and down time.
Based on cleanliness and high standard of furnishings, fixtures, and amenities, this property is top notch all the way around. Much credit is due to the owner's decor choices and the management company's attention to detail.
I did move the benches by the front doors to the master closet on main floor for luggage to rest, as there were not luggage racks in that room, which is a stretch to come up with a single thing to improve upon. Very well done and convenient location to hop on 93 to Boulder where we spent most of our time. We needed the escape due to the Prime-Time game-day effect and masses of people for Family weekend on/around campus. Overall, will recommend to friends and will stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotels were full. VRBO it was! As we had been on the road for a week, it was great to have space to move around, a gorgeous kitchen to cook in, and proximity to main street Golden.
The house is lovely, and the space is perfect for kicking back and hanging out or a short wander into town.
The furnishings are lovely, the bathrooms are well appointed and all the appliances are great. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!

This newly remodeled, spacious home is walking distance from town and a perfect place to stay for a family. Three bedrooms with attached bathrooms allowed everyone their privacy and there’s even a bonus bathroom downstairs! There was an easily assessable parking spot and check-in/check out was smooth. Management replied to all communication promptly! We would definitely stay again.

I have to say this property is so cute. The location is the best! Right next door to Coors brewery tour entrance, robe block away from downtown Main Street. Everything is walking distance. If you have students at mines and going for weekend. Perfect spot. It is brand new. The interior design is so comfortable yet stylish. Great kitchen… we absolutely loved it. I would only suggest putting table and chairs out front to be able to sit and enjoy views and weather in summer. Would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely perfect. The location was right by everything in downtown Golden. You can walk everywhere and it was east access to the highway as well. The house was perfect and very clean. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Would definitely stay there again

This is a spacious, clean, lovely, updated home in an excellent location. Can walk to everything in downtown Golden, and grocery store is just a few blocks away.
My kids (early teens) loved having the space upstairs to hang out together, and I enjoyed the quiet of downstairs.
Would also be great for a girls’ weekend getaway or couples traveling together.

Great place, lots of space. Well appointed and perfect location, no car required once you park.

This property's location in downtown Golden was great for us. We enjoyed tubing in Clear Creek, visiting the CSM campus, and the Buffalo Bill festivities at the park.
5.0
The house is beautiful. The overall design is amazing. Plenty of beds & baths for us all. Where it fell short was that it was located across from a parking lot and a bank. Probably the worst view in Colorado. I also had to deal with a possible leak/condensation drip in the bath. Suddenly I’m the general contractor for the plumber & his supervisor. The owners should have paid me instead of me paying them.

Great property, great town, great location! Will stay again for future Red Rock shows. Thank you.
