The house was clean and stocked with essentials. The internet did not work the first night. The Hosts were showed up the next morning. They are very attentive. I enjoyed visiting with them while they were making things right.

I got there on a friday to start setting up because we were hpsting a small family gathering for my daughters 1st birthday we had little ceasars pizza and some fruit and cake so i had to setup all the decorations and get there to do that the day before. My daughter has a weak immune system so anywhere we go we have to do a deep clean of the place. When we got there it wasnt too bad i had to clean up the kitchen and upstairs master bathroom quite a bit because of the cleanliness. And the spider webs. As soon as we got there i notcied a smell radiating from the driveway out front coming from the backyard. It smelled like fosh or lake water. I instantly thought it had to be the pool and was nervouse because all of our guests told us they would be swimming. And remind you the guests that would be swimming would be suprivising parents, a couple of pregnant woman and lits of children (mainly babies). So i ran in the house to go out back to check it out and it was a murky green color. I called immediately and she seemed irritated ag forst and said that the pool cleaning people had already been earlier in the week to clean it. Her and her husband came out and npticed it was not clean what so ever. They contacted the pool cleaners and they did not respond. They tried to clean it with the net but the it needed to be cleaned and the levels of chlorine were highly low. They told us they checked the levels and that they were barely low so itto check it out and noticed that it hadcleaned h

Very clean and welcoming!

This house has plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, is in a quiet neighborhood, and easy to find. It was also clean when we arrived. It could use some updates like some missing baseboards and mismatched paint spots, but it had everything we were expecting and the pool was clean and a nice backyard area and living room to hang out in.

The communication with the host was great, she even let us switch up the dates last minute. We had a great time in the pool and grilled out. Wonderful place to stay!

We did enjoy our stay. It's better to go for a swim earlier in the day (morning to any time before 4pm) as that is the time that catches more sun. The beds were comfortable. The place is very cozy. Neighbors were quiet and stayed out of sight. Store proximity was pretty good.

Place was dirty. Had to wipe the kitchen down before we could even use it. The back was in horrible condition! Weeds were grown over with stickers. Stickers were everywhere. Could not walk outside without getting them stuck all over feet and ankles.
You would expect when you pay to stay the yard would at least be in a livable condition.
I would never stay there again

The house was filthy. People have different standards of cleanliness, but getting big cobwebs out of the kitchen windows, wiping down dirty/dusty counters, and mopping sticky kitchen floors should be the bare minimum. There were also crumbs (I hope they were crumbs) on the bed and the floor of the primary bedroom. My wife also found fingernail clippings on the living room floor. She didn't tell me until after we left because I was already on the verge of leaving early a few hours after check-in due to the dirty condition of the place, and that would've done it. The lack of cleanliness was a consistent issue in all the reviews, but I thought it would be alright. The only reason we stayed was we only slept in the house due to my kids' hectic tournament schedule. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and it's shameful the owners believe it's okay to share their home in this condition and treat people this way.

Home located in a fairly nice, peaceful neighborhood. Host allowed us to check in early as we arrived 45 min ahead of schedule. That was very nice! Couches, tv’s, kitchen table/chairs and master bedroom furniture was all in decent condition. Coffee bar and snack tray were awesome! Kitchen cabinets were somewhat sticky making a few of the doors hard to open. Fridge made some awful noises, and dishwasher needs properly installed as it wobbles around. The backyard and pool area did suffer from neglect…overgrown weeds and trees have created a horrible mosquito problem. We all suffered several bites while trying to enjoy the pool. Bad fencing and a lot of “stuff” stacked around the fence made things feel dirty and cluttered. Patio and patio furniture caked in dirt as well. You will need to stay out of the yard entirely as it is full of stickers. The bathrooms need new faucets and shower heads but were otherwise in reasonable condition. Still beats hanging out with your kids and grandkids on a hotel room bed!

Check in was very easy. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Me and my friends came to fort worth for a music festival and it was very close to downtown also great to have a pool after a hot Texas day.

The home was comfortably and had all we needed and great location to go to sixflags. The pool was a bonus. Host was very helpful with any questions and concerns. Even our granddog was comfortable.

Overall the space was exactly what we needed for teens and adults. Room description had 3rd bedroom with a queen plus twin. The twin was not a permanent bed and there wasn’t enough room to setup in that room for 3 siblings to stay together. Ended up setting it up on living room floor. Property manager very responsive to a few issues we encountered. Could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Dishes on table and in the cupboards needed to be washed before we could use, and dirty dishes were found in dishwasher. Found used washcloth hanging in primary shower.
