Very enjoyable hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly!
Quick walk from the center of campus - though uphill - but very enjoyable stay.

The only good thing about this property was that it was quiet. On the other hand, the rooms were old. The carpets were dirty. The Shower didn’t have good pressure. It took 15 minutes to get hot water. The air conditioning wasn’t working well. The property offered Pool and it was under repairs in the middle of the of summer. Overall, too much money for the room, The property has to modernize to be able to charge as much as they charging.

We enjoyed our stay and touring the campus!

Good quiet place. Clean rooms, but a bit old. No one at the reception after 6 pm.

Old property, no pool

Staff was so helpful with my broken toe. Really accommodating

This property could be five stars if a few small changes were made. The bathroom exhaust fan showed lots of dust present restricting air flow. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas. These are minor concerns and I understand the property is most likely going to be remodeled in the near future, but in the meantime, these little improvements would take to up a notch.

We loved being able to be on campus. It was very convenient for orientation and visiting the school. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to more stays while my son studies at CPP.

We booked to stay here months in advance. When I called the week of our arrival to ask a few questions, they finally let me know the pool wasn’t in service, and that under construction until the end of the year. Poor communication on their part!

This property is on a beautiful campus but while we stayed there it was a ghost town. the staff was limited and their was no housekeeping service. The advertised pool was closed. the restaurant was closed. As soon as i got off the elevator there was a sign warning about asbestos. the water fountains were not usable. The grounds were lovely and the students on the front desk were nice but this was not an appropriate place to stay It is far away from stores and food vendors. you must uber everywhere and the facilities mentioned were not available. even the wifi wouldnt work and you would have to ask everyday for a passcode.

Hotel is actually located on a college campus and part of the school of hotel management. Rooms are older and walls very thin, lot's of noise from neighbors just talking. Bugs on the floor after first night. Smart TV never connected to internet. No housekeeping on weekends. Polite front desk staff but made to wait while another person went to find their tag number. This despite no other customers in the lobby. Very overpriced for what I got.

I have never stayed at this hotel before. It was in a very cozy, hidden side of the mountain. I will definitely stay again.
3.8
Update the rooms (door locks, bedspreads, technology, lighting).
3.8
The pool is closed which we were not told and would not have booked

Nice alternative. Quiet, comfortable and clean.

The place and the workers were really nice. We had an A/C issue with our room and they were helpful. Sadly, the other room we switched also felt really warm. We could also hear the shower drip water.
3.8
It's tucked away in the hill so it doesnt feel like you're in the city
3.8
There was mold and mildew in our room and we had to move to a different room. No dinning campus food, we had to uber to dinning. I liked the grounds around the campus. Food provided by the hotel for the training was mediocre.

Great hospitality and services

A well run hotel

Nice quiet resort like property on cpp campus having all the food options in various school cafes. Morning coffee sitting on the balcony next to the trees on a small hill watching birds doing their early runnings. It was probably built in the nineties. But is kept clean and comfortable. Shower has incredible water pressure out of pipe probably built before the environmental conversation time. Stay once to appreciate what it offers.

Quiet and convenient to Cal Poly campus, but older property meant there was some issues. The heating fan made a high pitched ringing noise all night, and the heater didn’t actually seem to be working - we couldn’t get the room warmer than 64 degrees despite setting the thermostat at 72. It was a cold night and the beds only have a sheet and super thin comforter (luckily found an extra blanket in the closet). Took about 5 minutes before getting any hot water in the shower.

I loved the experience of co-existing with the hearing impaired within the compound where the hotel is located.

*Check-out is 11am. Late checkout is $35 more until 1pm and anytime after they charge you half a day fees.
$164.44 Saturday night seems overpriced
* my room was close to the pool and I can heard the pool pump all night.. very loud.
*the campus was quiet
The hotel belongs to Calpoly Pomona so why not have sample of what the university makes like fresh honey etc

Perfect

Part of university, which was closed at the time I visited, no food available besides vending machines. No restaurants close by, must have a car. Sheets were stained, no hot water in shower. Staff tried to make right, but not a business level facility.

Good staff, property handled the basics fine

lobby was nice room wasn’t
3.8
Could use updating and at least new flooring/carpet
3.8
Quiet, wonderful service, very polite customer service. Comfortable place to stay
3.8
Positive: the staff, students from Cal Poly, were all very friendly and super helpful.
Negative: the hotel is really inconvenient without a car, there is no breakfast, dining facility or laundry, and a leak sprung in the roof of my room (the staff moved me quickly but didn't seem surprised).
3.8
Great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
3.8
Excellent service
3.8
Very convenient if you are staying to work at the University
3.8
Comfy beds and quiet area. A little out of the way. Checkout was at noon which was nice. The only negative is that our bathroom had no door at all and the AC was just forced air. No way to control the air temp. Only the flow of the air.
3.8
So long as you know before going, that this hotel has college students in hotel mgmt working the property, you will be fine. Price was great, room was fine, we just had 2 issues. The air didn’t work (luckily cool enough to keep patio door open) and tub non-slip mat was rolled up and moldy when we unrolled.
3.8
Classes were not in session so the area was deserted.
3.8
Very nice property. I wish they had maid services.
