Täydellinen lomamatka

Kun saavuimme hotellille, oli lämmin vastaanotto hotellin omistajalta. Hän kertoi heti rantavinkkejä ja ravintolasuosituksia kaupungista. Huone on hyväkuntoinen, toimiva ilmastointi. Ei mikään moderni, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Aamupalalla kahvi, mehu, kananmunaa, leipää. Sekin on hyvä. Siivous huoneessa oli joka päivä. Hotellin omistajapariskunta todella mukavia ja sympaattisia, auttavat kaikessa. Archangelos on lähellä hyviä rantoja, joihin pääsimme vuokra-autolla hyvin. Rodokseen ajaa 30min, jos sinne haluaa päästä. Lindos myös lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Tämä kaupunki oli tosi viihtyisä, sillä ei ole täynnä turisteja, kuten esim. Rodoksen kaupunki. Kylässä on myös hyviä ravintoloita. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä majoitusta!

I proprietari cordiali e presenti per qualsiasi necessità. La camera è spaziosa e in una posizione da cui si possono raggiungere punti di interesse e belle spiagge. C’è un po’ di parcheggio per lo scooter.

La sera che siamo arrivati ho chiesto di fare il self check-in perché siamo arrivati tardi al porto e dovevamo noleggiare un mezzo per muoverci e mangiare qualcosa in zona e mi è stato risposto di no senza una spiegazione quindi abbiamo dovuto fare una corsa all’alloggio. L’aria condizionata si paga a parte e non essendone a conoscenza abbiamo lasciato la finestra aperta tutta la notte e avevamo la camera piena di zanzare. Le sere successive abbiamo lasciato la finestra chiusa ma continuavano ad essercene tantissime e non capivamo da dove arrivassero. Non c’è una zanzariera. La colazione è essenziale e uguale tutti i giorni.

A cute place run by a couple. Lovely experience, a local feel in the house. They even give you a mosquito plug-in. walking distance from the center with a few bars.

Very nice small hotel. Dimitri the owner is very friendly and helpful Very simple breakfast of boiled eggs ham and cheese with local bread. Rooms very basic but comfortable, all in all would happily stay here again..

Traditional Hotel with a Tradtional welcome.

2nd stay this year, Dimitris and Anthula make you very welcome and are always there to help. Perfect location to explore the Island. Archangelos has many interestng shops and tavernas. Will stay here again.

Lovely stay to feel the Greek hospitality

The owners of the hotel are a lovely couple, who warmly welcome you from the beginning. From the first moment the owner met us on the road by his car and helped to get to the hotel, what was very nice of him. The hotel has authentic atmosphere in family Greek style, fully green area is really cozying. Near to the hotel there is a 24h supermarket and, the recommendations of the owners were really precious (restaurants, sightseeings and etc.). The breakfast was also tasty and enough for a good start of the day. Free parking in a quiet area is a big advantage. To sum it up, if you want to feel like visiting friends in Greece and feel all the authentic atmosphere, you should definitely choose this hotel. With the best wishes from Alkhas and Evgeniya +1 :)

Great location and best service in Archangelos.

Very good breakfast, great location close to the best beaches of the island, free parking, very friendly and helpful owners who care much about the guests. We would like to thank Dimitris and Anthula for a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. We felt at home. All guest needs are taken by the hotel owners as their own, they serve guests by themselves with great pleasure.

Good accommodation (expect mosquitoes)

House keeping was great. You can ask about everything (renting a car/motorcycle, extra glasses, spoons, etc.) Owner give you a map and tell you what's is worth on the island. He will recommend you a good place to eat. Peaceful and quiet place. Lots of tables inside and outside.

The room had neither an iron nor a kettle. The biggest problem were mosquitos. Owner gave us something for mosquitoes but didn't work well. Air conditioning extra paid. Booking shows: Tsambika beach 2.8km, Stegna beach 2.4km but in reality is Tsambika (easier way) 5km and Stegna (hard way) 4.5km.

Very good stay ! Very clean and quiet hotel ! Dimitris and his wife are very very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is delicious, the hotel is close to everything (beach, supermarket, restaurant ....) you can go there with your eyes closed !

The hosts are friendly. Pretty well situated to the town center. breakfast is ok

The address pointed out on the booking map is not right. It takes a phonecall and hassle to actually find the place. The host doesn't seem to be too stressed about it but I think it's an important thing as somebody else's time is waisted. My mistake, airco was optional. I found out too late when everyone was sleeping. I do not see how anyone doesn't want to have AC with temperatures like that, but it was not offered when checking in. Obligatory sleeping with the windows open was a living hell as i was prey for an endless amount of mosquitoes. My advice. Raise the price and make the airco a standard feature

Owner Very Friendly, Relaxing, clean, Location ideal. Great Value.

A very friendly owner, Dimitris and his wife Anthula welcomed us and everyday we spoke about life and all things Greek, Room was cleaned daily to a high standard with regular changes of bed linen and towels, with a Large Balcony. Would highly recommend the air conditioning as it can get very warm in the night. Breakfast was continental, satisfying with Tea, Coffee, Local Bread, Butter, Jams, cold meats and cheese with a juice to finish. The Hotel is situated in a quiet location on the edge of Archangelos but only a 10 minute walk into the centre with its shops, Tavernas, Banks, Supermarkets etc and only a few minutes to the Main Lindos to Rhodes Town Highway, although you hear nothing from it. We had a really enjoyable time with Dimitris and Anthula who both gave their all to make our stay so very very Good. Thanks again, We Hope to see you sometime soon.

Hosts were super kind and sweet! I arrived really late but they were awake waiting for me. The room was clean and comfy, with all needed facilities. The breakfast was the best I ever had, delicious and nourishing. Location is close to a bus station, 5 mins walking. Everything was so great! Special thanks to hosts for their support of Ukraine, my heart just melted. Totally recommend for staying!

Very hospitable host.

WIFI only works in/around the front office, and not in the rooms. The A/C is extra 5 EUR, but you'd want to pay for it, because there are a lot of mosquitos and you don't want to open the window.

Good location, comfortable bed and great hosts. They said we could take the grapes from the three they had there and this was amazing.

They charge 5 euros for the air conditioning and we had so many mosquitos all in our room (even if they gave us the thing to use in the room it wasn’t enough) and there were roosters crowing all night long.

Disappointing

On the other hand, Dimitri was one od the most friendly people, which we have met on Rhodes. He gave us a good reccomendation about restaurant. We also appreciated the price.

The address in Booking website did not correspond with the real address. The aircondition was for the extra fee, but there was no fan in the room, even though it was written in the room description on Booking.com. It was not possible to sleep with the closed window because of high temperature, therefore I recommend to pay for the AC. Unpleasant was also the noise from the outside and the mosquitos.
