Año Nuevo en Punta Cana 🤩

Todo! Nos divertimos con todas las comodidades y atracciones del hotel. Ambiente familiar y divertido! Muchas piscinas, buen bufet, linda playa, buena atención.

Complicado a la hora de reservar los restaurantes pero el bufet está muy bien.

Perfect room, nice party time

The room was big, comfortable and super clean

The buffet was so so taste wise., they should work more on the quality than on the quantity. The staff always had mad faces, not friendly, sometimes i was afraid to ask for something because they will not answer or they will answer in a bad way. Very uncomfortable days….i was happy to leave. ( The guys at the check in and the boy from the bar with wheels in the middle of the lobby, are very friendly and nice). 👍

Bookings.com sucks!

The fact that you guys at bookings booked me a Rome from 4/25 to 4/30. Only to once I reached the property find out that I had to move on 4/29 before noon. This affected my entire days activity as given the move I had to cancel my plans missing out on Sanoa Island

El ascensor se dañó en dos ocasiones, las piscinas cierran a las 6 pm, debían abrirlas hasta la noche.

Never ,ever go back!

I like the beach and some people who work there .Anna Maria she works in the lobby,Jesus and De La Rosa works on the buffet.My firs couple days cleaning lady ,and that’s about everything

Oh my god ,the hotel is a ruin,everything falls apart,everything is old rusty ,sticky !!Elevator no working most of the time,we have cockroaches in the room,the food is blend ,they need a better chef!The coffee shop is a joke,the snacks and all suits are old and dried!They need a pastry chef their sweets was terrible ,o my god terrible is a kind word.I don’t understand why they will call this a palace!Is not fair We pay so much money to stay there ,and it was a 2 star resort

Problemas en mi estancia.

Ubicación, habitación , playa

Por error de comunicación entre booking y el hotel NO relacionaron a mi hija de 6 años en l reserva, la decisión del hotel fue RETENER el pasaporte de mi hija durante 3 días mientras aclaraban lo que yo les demostré con documentos y mi reserva teniendo que ir todos los días al lobby a expresar mi desacuerdo con el problema de ustedes, me dañaron mi estancia en este hotel.

Overall, my stay was good. Just more so disappointing for my daughter.

The food was great, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that. They decorated the room for my daughter‘s birthday.

I didn’t like the fact that the waterpark was out of order which was kind of disappointing because that’s the main reason I booked this hotel. So in a way I felt like I lost because there were other hotels with the same amenities, and I chose not to book with them because they didn’t have a waterpark. It would be nice if hotels would put this information on their website or notify booking that their water parks are not in order.

Las vacaciones perfectas !!!

Las instalaciones, los restarurant, el personal muy amable, la atención es buenísima, ademas dentro del Riu está SrubaCaribean, donde pude realizar actividades de buceo con grandes afitriones como John, chaira y Juan, los mejores en lo que hacen, dentro del hotel hay variadas actividades, tambien destaco el parque acuatico Splash, en fin son muchos los aspectos que me gustaron en mi estadia, punto aparte el bufett y los desayunos, son geniales !!!!

Good overall experience with a few considerations

The staff was good. Food options were great. The parties were good too. I appreciated the thoughtfulness after the initial nonresponsiveness of the hotel.

I hated the quality of the room. The room is in need of an urgent upgrade. There were tacky patch work that was such a turn off. My clothes got bleached out and damaged when I visited to the wellness and spa center. Apparently they just cleaned the pool with chlorine and didn't provide a warning. I hated the initial non responsiveness of the hotel. I hated the hustling on the beach. I couldn't enjoy the beach in peace. My biggest turn-off was the experience in the room. I wouldn't spend a day there. This was my first time visiting a hotel and not ordering room service.

Un lindo resort para disfrutar de las maravillas del destino, cumple con lo necesario para estadías all inclusive.

La ubicación, atención del personal, instalaciones y la variedad de alternativas de esparcimiento. El Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones es excelente.

Mantención en habitaciones, ya que el baño se encontraba con grifería sin limpieza profunda ( pelos en lavamanos bajo tapón) y las habitaciones necesitan una pequeña inversión ya que la pintura estaba descolgada por efectos de la humedad. Cerradura del baño estaba literalmente colgando,se nota que no están preocupados en solucionar esos mínimos detalles pero que son visibles a la llegada de la habitación hay que considerar que hablamos de un Palace.

Buen hotel

La playa y la comida bastante bien, la piscina y atención del personal mejor que el promedio y no están solo detrás de las propinas. La zona de toboganes y de rumba están super cheveres.

La decoración se ve un poco antigua, tanto la de la habitación como de los restaurantes, las camas un poco pequeñas.

My stay at RIU Bávaro was quite nice. I would gladly recommend it to friends.

Breakfast was very good and so was the service.

The Television service could be improved. I tried to get CNN news and a premium movie channel like HBO but to avail.

Adecuado, pero necesita renovacion y el personal entrenamiento.

Bien ubicado, la habitacion era muy comoda y amplia. El precio en relacion con los alimentos y la habitacion fue adecuado.

El servicio es malo, no te hacen sentir Bienvenido. Se denota falta de entrenamiento, pues el personal no tiene la capacidad de solucionar. Las Instalaciones se sienten Viejas.

Malísimos cuando llegue al hotel supuestamente los niños no estaban incluidos y tuve que pagar los nio

No me gustó nada las habitaciones estaban feas la ducha dañada y pedí que arreglaran y nunca la arreglaron lo único bueno fueron los camareros del bufé después la recepción tienen robo

Buena ubicación Lindas piletas Buen desayuno Personal muy amable El recepcionista Jose un 10 El personal del restó Montecristo super amables Riquisimas las meriendas en el bar Capuchino y genial que estaban hasta las 12 de la noche abiertos El puesto de fotografia dentro del hotel buenisimo aunque caro, 15 dolares x foto es un robo pero muy buen servicio Hermosisima la playa y las habitaciones que dan a la playa Bueno el servicio que te lleva hasta el blue mall o hasta las riu party a la noche Los show del hotel muy buenos, interesantes

No habia servicio de comida/bebida en la playa No habia jugos naturales en todo el hotel, solo alcohol y uno no sabía ya con que hidratarse. Te la pasas tomando 7up con hielo todo el día El agua que te dan es horrible El agua es impropia entonces te tenes que lavar los dientes con agua embotellada Olor a moho dentro del armario 1 cucaracha gigante dentro del armario (y era dentro de la mejor habitación, la villa) La villa no tenia cerramiento como en las fotos y estaba muy expuesto al exterior Jacuzzis sucios Donde depositan el papel higienico de la habitación estaba color verde como que nunca lo limpian. Eso en general en todo el hotel Las toallas sucias tanto de la piscina como de la habitación Los restaurantes cierran todos entre las 21 y 22 pm, so el unico lugar que te queda 24 hs es el Sport Bar que te da panchos, hamburguesa y nachos con queso. Un asco la verdad y sin aire acondicionado ahi adentro. Uno pretende de un all inclusive tener otro tipo de comida las 24 hs, no algo tan berreta se baja calidad. Vuelvo a repetir: ni un jugo natural en todo el complejo, tenias que comprarle si querias coco caliente al hombre que pasaba por la playa. A todo esto por la playa pasan constantemente hombres vendiendo cosas que estafan a los turistas vendiendole cosas a 400 dolares que en un lugar de souvenir despues lo ves a 8 dolares Pedimos 3 veces que nos ayuden con los mosquitos de la habitacion y jamas nos llevaron nada Mucho calor en todo el lugar en general salvo en la habitación que gracias a dios andaba bien el aire.

Bueno pero no repetiría

La habitación era cómoda, amplia y moderna. La comida era buena pero a veces no estaba tan buena. Los tragos de la playa demasiado dulces, en los bares del lobby los preparaban bien.

El gimnasio era muy viejo y con pocas cosas, no estaba al nivel del hotel. El personal no era muy amable. Un mozo sin querer derramó un vino encima mío, me ensució el vestido, cartera, le pedimos al hotel lavar las cosas, dijeron q si, cuando fuimos a dejar las cosas dijeron que se estropearían las cosas y que no se hacían responsables. Finalmente no lo hicieron y perdimos más de una hora discutiendo sobre este tema.

Beautiful beach. Not good rooms and staff. great variety in food but no taste! It is not willingly prepared.

The beach is the best. More than thousand palm trees on the sand. Only staff from miniclub is great.

Rooms are not cozy. If you need something from housekeeping there is a chance to have it. The pillows smell of mold. For 24 hours they only give you one towel per person for the room and because of the humidity after the second shower, you can't wipe yourself off. Every morning I was woken up by the loud noise of the shops being demolished. There are several very nice rooms, but if you are with children, they are accommodated only in the unpleasant ones. The staff level is low.

Resort was beautiful , clean & staff was very nice.

Easy access to the beach

Language barrier , very disappointed with Delta vacation representative at hotel (Lexington) was all talk and no action.Paid for a 3 hr. Boat tour, Lexington told us had a hot tub , would take us to a floating bar, and would have a great lunch for us . None of this was true. Set up a shopping trip, that never happened. We also paid him for a bus ride back to the airport on our departure date. Told us no worries we were all set, bus was 45 minutes late, and we were not on the list.so bus driver told us to wait to see if he had room, We had to have the hotel& someone vouch for us to tell them we were traveling all together.Very disappointed with the quality of service Delta vacation Employee Lexington.

PESIMA

Llegamos y nos dieron una habitacion. Olor a humedad insoportable, por lo que deje la mochila y me dirigi a la recepcion a pedir el cambio.Me informaron que me mostrarian otra y si me parecia bien realizarian el cambio, por lo que un empleado del hotel nos acompaño a ver la nueva. Estaba ok, por lo que fuimos con el a buscar nuestras cosas a la habitacion anterior y para nuestra sorpresa HABIAN OTRAS PERSONAS DENTRO REVISANDO MIS COSAS. Es decir, le dieron mi habitacion, de la cual tenia llave, a otros huespedes, que evidentemente querian robarme. Deplorable. Por suerte llegue justo y solo junte mis cosas del pisos (dieron vuelta todo ahi)
