Clean, excellent for families, very well equipped and has everything for comfortable staying , very helpful host :)

Highly recommend this place, great value for location

The location was excellent just minutes away from the YAS parks. Apartment was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. The apartment owner was very welcoming and responds quickly to messages.

Property is nice, host must pay attention for booking details.

the property is really nice and easy to get in

the host first made a mistake, did not allow our late check-in, I had to book an other accommodation, than later changed his mind and allowed us to arrive late. Should have apologised for the mistake. At the end the place was comfy and really nice.

Nice apartment, brilliant location.

Fantastic location. Walkable to Yas mall. Love chilling on the balcony. Supermarket close by along with some nice places to eat. Directly opposite sea world. Easy to find from E11.

Best choice for visiting theme parks on Yas Island

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and will be happy to come again to Water's Edge private neighbourhood. Groceries store next building with ready meals and all you may need; restaurants available on site too. Outdoor pool with warm water - visited every morning before theme parks. Very close to all theme parks - under USD 10 by taxi one way. Near airport and Yas Beach - probably one of the best private beaches in Abu Dhabi. Easy check-in and check-out. Note: we stayed 4 nights and visited all 4 theme parks on Yas Island using one ticket; no queues during Ramadan; we did not eat at theme parks, which saved a lot of budget.

Be prepared to buy table salt, if plan to cook. Frying pan is not great, but good enough to make omelette or cook chicken.

Great stay in a great location!

Great location as we went for the formula one. Very clean and comfortable too. Very handy it also had a pool and gym.

Great stay

The apartment is very nice, in a nice location if you want to be close Yas Island. Apartments is well equipped, even oil to make good breakfast. Yas Mall is only 6 minutes away by car. We were 4 and we all had a good night sleep. Bear in mind that there is one room and 1 sofa bed in the living room that can fit 2 people (for us it was 1 adult and 1 kid).

Everything was good. Only advice will be be more clear about parking instructions. In the message received it said parking is available for free after/before building; we did the check in very late and were very tired. Lady at reception was nice but I didnt understand at the beginning that parking was actually at the basement. Management replied promptly. When we went to the basement it was a bit of a headache to find our parking spot. We contacted management again and he/she sent a picture of the parking spot. All this could be avoided if they send in advance parking instructions.

There were a lot of flies in the kitchen area and around while apartment/ room felt unhygienic. Also fire alarm/ alarm went off , was very loud in the night. Was alarming for us and children.
