As you step inside, the first level welcomes you with three inviting bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The first bedroom on the lower level offers two twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. The second and third bedrooms both feature queen beds, ensuring a peaceful retreat for guests. One of the bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other bathroom, located in the hallway, features a relaxing tub/shower combination. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your utmost comfort and convenience. This property sleeps a total of 8 guests.
On the top level, you'll discover the primary suite, a perfect scenario for beachfront living. This suite boasts a king-size bed, ensuring a tranquil night's sleep. Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
