Conforme aux attentes (qui n’étaient pas trop élevées)

La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est top et les places de parking gratuites sont très utiles. Le prix en rapport avec les autres logements sont plutôt corrects.

Salle de bain méritant un bon rafraîchissement (garde trop la saleté). Appartement pas insonorisé. Qualité du mobilier a revoir (excepté le lit qui est confortable).

In line with expectations, very good location and logistics of entry.

Good location; interesting architecture. The fact that the apartment is older needs to be taken into account. However, basically, everything was working. The fact that you can easily park the car on the backside of the buidling is a great advantage.

Even given the fact that the apartment is older, some smaller items shoudl be improved. E.g., the clock between living room and kitchen would be important but shows the incorrect time as the batteries ran out. Some of the hinges in one of the bathrooms (sliding door for shower) came off; bathroom door of master bathroom cannot be locked. Again, these are smaller items and any half-way experienced traveler should not confuse this apartment with a suite in a newly constructed five star hotel. In exchange, you get a lot of "flair".

Loved it! Will stay again

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was very roomy, comfy beds and a full kitchen with all appliances needed. It was in a great area and could walk to nearby restaurants/grocery stores/diners. It was safe and secure (even had a package delivered and it sat at our door all day). Extra towels were supplied aswell. Over all a great experience!

Only not great thing was the washing machines won’t work if your phones are international (not from USA). Not much of an issue as there was a laundry mat nearby. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again!

Wir haben 5 Nächte in diesem Apartment gewohnt. Wir waren sehr überrascht über die Größe des Apartments. Check-in: Vorab haben wir alle wichtigen Informationen über Booking.com bzw. per SMS erhalten, der Check-in war deshalb komplikationslos. Lage: Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Chinese Theater, ansonsten ist die Umgebung wirklich sauber, man fühlt sich dort definitiv sicher. Parkplatz: Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Apartment und einen eingezäunten Parkplatz. Wir hatten einen Dodge Charger. Durch die Säule, die zwei Parkplätze abgrenzte, war es die ersten Male ein wenig mühsam einzuparken. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung: Alles tipptopp, mir fällt jetzt kein negativer Punkt ein. Besitzer: Wir haben alle notwendigen Informationen vorab erhalten, eine kurze Zusammenfassung lag nochmals in gedruckter Form im Apartment auf. Wir können nichts Negatives sagen und waren sehr begeistert vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen? Definitiv ja. English : We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We were very surprised by the size of the apartment. Check-in: We received all the important information in advance via Booking.com and SMS, so the check-in was smooth. Location: It's about a 20-minute walk to the Chinese Theater; otherwise, the surrounding area is really clean, and you definitely feel safe there. Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment and a fenced parking lot. We had a Dodge Charger. Due to the pillar separating two parking spaces, it was a bit difficult to park the first few times. Cleanliness, amenities: Everything was spotless; I can't think of any negative points. Owner: We received all the necessary information in advance, and a brief summary was also provided in printed form in the apartment. We can't say anything negative and were very impressed with the price-performance ratio. Would we recommend the accommodation? Definitely yes.

Génial et bien placé

C’est notre deuxième voyage dans cet établissement, et encore une fois, ce fut parfait. Géographiquement, le logement est situé à proximité d’Hollywood boulevard et de l’autoroute pour pouvoir vous déplacer facilement. Place de parking, lingerie et toutes les commodités de première nécessité à proximité Nous reviendrons très prochainement avec grand plaisir

For the money, you can find a better place

Was in Hollywood

The place was outdated but generally clean. PH1 unit is at the very top with no lifts and lots of stairs to carry your luggage. The cooktop didn’t work due to no gas. When Joseph was informed he organised a replacement hotplate but instructions were poor on how to obtain it. A bedroom window didn’t close fully and the noise was disturbing overnight. However it was fixed the next day after reporting. One of the toilets were leaking at the base. The car park is quite small and we couldn’t use it sometimes if the next spot was already taken. All in all it was a stressful start to our holiday.

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila y segura, muy bien comunicada. Apartamento grande y completo, con todo funcional y limpio Facilidad de parking (plaza propia)

Tiene lavanderia propia y eso seria un plus, si no fuera porque funciona con una app que te pide numero de movil de Estados Unidos para crear una cuenta. Entonces a menos que tu estancia sea de bastantes dias como para plantearte conseguir un numero de Estados Unidos no puedes usar la lavanderia, y tendras que buscar una. Por otra parte, aunque el apartamento estaba muy limpio, los acabados no son de lo mas fino, por ejemplo en el baño faltaba un cacho de rodapié con una pequeña grieta por donde se colaban cucarachas de la calle, almenos 3 en 16 dias que estuve.

Hôte à l'écoute et répond rapidement aux questions ou remarques. Cuisine, literie et salle de bain propre et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger. 10min à pied du métro ou d'Hollywood boulevard. Non loin de Griffith park.

Sol non aspiré et non lavé, seulement le balai. Une odeur de remontée d'égout très forte dans la cuisine lors de notre arrivée. Résolue après le passage de la femme de ménage mais l'odeur est revenu au bout de 2 jours. Un cafard un matin a côté du lit. On entend les hélicos et des avions dans la nuit. Problème pour trouver une place de parking dans la rue si on arrive tard le soir. Mal insonorisé on entend facilement la télé ou les toilettes des voisins.

Sehr gute Wohnung in einer Top-Lage - jederzeit wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, außerdem war sie sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend!

Die gesamte Wohnanlage und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very comfortable space with everything one requires for an extended stay in a quiet neighbour.

Nice quiet location, Great space, very comfy bed, all the facilities one could need & superb service from the management team.

The window blinds are not very effective at darkening the room (especially as the lighting for the walkways is very bright). Black out curtaining would be significantly more effective.

Even with all of the above, I would stay again as a splurge.. Nice to have kitchen facilities.

Location was great. Apartment itself was lovely. Pool was too cold for me, but granddaughter enjoyed it.

Code to enter building didn’t work. Eventually a person from inside let us and another group in. As per the info sheet, tried to let Joseph know we had arrived. No answer. Told to try later. no answer or way to leave message with manager so we never met him/her, so we didn’t know whom to leave keys with. Sofa, where one of us slept, extremely uncomfortable— big indentations from overuse. Floodlights outside made it so light inside that it was never dark enough for sleep, even with blinds. Plug in tub difficult to make function.
